I called Hoffman Honda and was able to make an appointment for 9:00 the next morning. The service to my vehicle was done within 45 minutes,… including a detailed explanation from Carlos as to what the inspection of my 2013 Honda Accord had shown and after a much-needed car washing following my 850 mile trip. My wife and I hope to move to Connecticut in the near future, and it's a comfort to know that our two Hondas will have a place for service that is so friendly, efficient, and reliable.1999 Accord Oil/Filter Change

Finally fixed my Accord!

2008 Taurus X Purchase
by mike908 on 07/07/2014Reasonably good experience. Car had not been detailed or made "Sales Ready". Needed all 4 rotors cut. Only had time to wait for 2, have to make a return trip. Was there over 3 hours to test drive and work the deal. Timing Chain Replacement on 2005 CR-V
by Noisydad on 06/30/2014I brought my 2005 CR-V in because of a failed emissions inspection. I had previously taken the car to a local mechanic, who considered the job over his head and suggested going to a Honda dealer. Based on online reviews and recommendations… from some friends, I chose Hoffman Honda. As far as I can tell, the technician(s) correctly diagnosed the problem, executed the repair (upon my approval of the estimate), and finished in the timeframe promised. The final bill was slightly less than the estimate. The facility and personnel were pleasant and I took advantage of their shuttle service, which drove me home the first day and brought me back to pick up the car the next day. The check-engine light remains off and the car runs fine. Service experience
by Archie57 on 06/28/2014The service advisor was very good, professional and courteous; You're taking on faith that the work prescribed is actually being done, and done properly ( which is true anywhere); The cabin filters were replaced and the car smelled musty… for awhile -- hopefully that's through; Service is always very expensive -- you feel like you're paying for the slick facility and a lot of staff, and that it's overkill; Overall, the experience is very good except for the cost.Hello Archie57, Thank you for your feedback and choosing to have your vehicle serviced with us at Hoffman Honda.
