Excellent experience purchasing new car

Dealership is clean and professional. We were greeted at the front door each visit. We were treated with courtesy and respect. Our sales person Eduardo Lopez, was informative, transparent, knowledgeable and showed genuine compassion when trying to meet our needs. We were pleasantly surprised how easy he made our car buying experience as well as valuing our time. The finance manager Max, likewise treated us with respect and got us in and out.

    It had been a while (over a year) since I last had my car serviced, but when I came in, everyone was quick and professional; gave my car a clean bill of health in a fairly quick time frame. Thoroughly pleased with the timeliness and efficiency of the staff.

    I arrived from Indiana on a Thursday afternoon, realizing my car had become due for an oil change. I called Hoffman Honda and was able to make an appointment for 9:00 the next morning. The service to my vehicle was done within 45 minutes, including a detailed explanation from Carlos as to what the inspection of my 2013 Honda Accord had shown and after a much-needed car washing following my 850 mile trip. My wife and I hope to move to Connecticut in the near future, and it's a comfort to know that our two Hondas will have a place for service that is so friendly, efficient, and reliable.

    Work was completed on time and the service representative was organized and knowledgeable. Additional work is required for the front brakes so another service appointment will be scheduled.

  • Finally fixed my Accord!

    Thanks to Carlos and Rocky our 2008 Accord is all better. Carlos correctly diagnosed the problem (which was a big one) and Rocky made sure the car was ready in one day. All covered under our Honda Care. Great service as always!

  • 2008 Taurus X Purchase

    Reasonably good experience. Car had not been detailed or made "Sales Ready". Needed all 4 rotors cut. Only had time to wait for 2, have to make a return trip. Was there over 3 hours to test drive and work the deal. Overall, a pleasant experience but would have thought all cars would have been ready to roll.

  • Timing Chain Replacement on 2005 CR-V

    I brought my 2005 CR-V in because of a failed emissions inspection. I had previously taken the car to a local mechanic, who considered the job over his head and suggested going to a Honda dealer. Based on online reviews and recommendations from some friends, I chose Hoffman Honda. As far as I can tell, the technician(s) correctly diagnosed the problem, executed the repair (upon my approval of the estimate), and finished in the timeframe promised. The final bill was slightly less than the estimate. The facility and personnel were pleasant and I took advantage of their shuttle service, which drove me home the first day and brought me back to pick up the car the next day. The check-engine light remains off and the car runs fine. I apparently need to drive the car over 100 miles before I can get the emissions retested.

  • Service experience

    The service advisor was very good, professional and courteous; You're taking on faith that the work prescribed is actually being done, and done properly ( which is true anywhere); The cabin filters were replaced and the car smelled musty for awhile -- hopefully that's through; Service is always very expensive -- you feel like you're paying for the slick facility and a lot of staff, and that it's overkill; Overall, the experience is very good except for the cost.
