If you’re heading to the Ford dealership, do yourself a favor and ask for Paul. This guy is the real deal. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. No pressure, no games — just straight-up… honest service.
He took the time to answer every question I had, explained all the features clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. On top of that, he worked out a deal that honestly beat my expectations.
You can tell Paul actually cares about the customer — not just the sale. If every dealership had someone like him, buying a car would always be this smooth. Highly recommend!

The dealership owner took lots of time to explain the financial portion… and guide us in making the best payment choice to meet our budget. Recommend them highly. I was met at the door by Bill Reed and he walked me through all the details of the vehicle. He was… knowledgeable of the vehicle, extremely friendly and courteous. After taking the vehicle for a test drive I was impressed enough that I wanted to show my wife the vehicle before I made a final decision to purchase. I wasn't sure that I could bring my wife back that day because of scheduling conflicts so Bill made arrangements that I could bring the vehicle to my home so my wife could see it. Long story short, she loved the vehicle - Shakers was very aggressive with their pricing and I am the proud owner of a new MKX! Everyone I encountered throughout the process was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Shakers dealership to anyone.New used car experience!

We loved how the salesmen didn't hound us are we arrived. The receptionist brought us to the back and had Jim… Reed come talk with us from there. He was excellent, respectful, and not pushy at all. So many salesmen have to find something in common with you right from the start; I can tell the want to make a sell. That was not the case with our friend Jim. My only reason to complain would be the dealership doesn't deal directly with your personal credit union. So, if you chose to finance elsewhere, prepare to be the middle man, and know exactly what you need.Excellent Experience

My salesman was Kay, who provided excellent service to myself and my car buying experience. Despite my credit history, Kay was able to find me the… perfect car, right in my budget. Kay along with Manny, were very patient with me and kept in constant contact to ensure I had an excellent experience. Kay made sure myself and my mother were very comfortable at all times in Shaker Family Ford. He even gave me a full tank of gas! I was given the opportunity to test several cars in my price range… and never felt pressured to purchase anything beyond my capabilities. The customer service was impeccable, I felt well informed and truly valued as a customer. by Vikkibrn on 03/07/2015Shaker Ford is the best dealership!!! I arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before sales was even opened. I was greeted with a smile, and escorted to the coffee area. I was then introduced to KAY. I informed him that I wanted a Ford Sport… Explorer. He pulled one up and we took it out for a ride along some hills and turns! He was able to explain every feature on the car inside and out. So after the test drive comes the dreaded numbers!!! This did not happen with Shakir. Ed came out of his office and explained everything to me. I closed the deal with the same negotiated figure that I wanted to pay. I already told Shaker that I will be purchasing another vehicle in 3 years!!! One more thing..... The new renovated bathroom is beautiful!!!!
