    Lorraine provided excellent and efficient service. I was disappointed because of the need for an unanticipated repair. Lorraine went out of her way to see if Honda could help me with this repair which they agreed to do. I appreciate her helping me resolve this problem.

    The wait time was not bad this time. I was told what I needed to get done. This time it was actually items I needed to get done. I understand that this is were your money is made.

    Tyler was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions with no hesitation and a smile on his face. Honestly the best customer service I've received in years. Having employees that are customer service oriented certainly help facilitate the long wait times.

    I really like the fact that Honda does NOT give you the run-around when trying to get approved for a new car loan. This is my 2nd time buying from George Duffy, and the experience was great! I wouldn't go anywhere else when it comes to buying a Honda. :)

    Employees were all friendly even if I was not their customer. Waiting room was comfortable. Work on CRV was completed in time frame and correctly.

    Service Advisor, Tyler Leopizzo, did a superb job. He initiated the task of setting me up with a loaner. He made sure the work was done to my expectations. And it was. Things went smoothly dropping my Accord off and also went smoothly picking it up.

    Every time I come to your dealership i have got an excellence service in my car from the mechanics, but I am really, really disappointed from the person on the desk at the left corner (the old lady). She was so rude, did not give me her name and told me to go fix my car at a different service, even though I had an emergency.

    My salesman Brian was very kind and helpful. They were understanding of my needs. The deal I ended up making was what I wanted but it took a long time after I shook hands to end up leaving with the car.

    Friendly customer service. Explained everything and what the cost of repairs would be. Appreciate the free coffee and water in the waiting area.
  • CR-V Starting Rattle Solved

    My Service Advisor was Stephanie and when I described the grinding noise my CR-V was making when it starts, she knew exactly what it was. She set me up with a loaner, the problem was fixed, and I picked up my car the next day. Stephanie was great to work with! The noise was a faulty VTC actuator.

    It was my first oil change and I was pleased that they checked various other 1st service things such as brakes, tires, etc. which is the way it should be.

    The service representative was very friendly and courteous and she gave us a discount coupon. My car was ready ahead of the estimated time.

    Over all the service was good and very friendly staff. The only recommendation I would like to make to provide a little fast service for oil change. ,Friendly staff
