I don't understand this question

This is my 2nd time buying from George Duffy, and the experience was great! She was so rude, did not give me her… name and told me to go fix my car at a different service, even though I had an emergency.We would like to thank you for sharing this review. Great place, kind of slow though

She set me up with a loaner, the problem was fixed, and I picked up my car the next day. Stephanie was… great to work with! The noise was a faulty VTC actuator.Thank you for the awesome feedback!
