    I purchased my last two RAV4's from CJ in Sales. He quickly got me the exact car I wanted both times with a fabulous price. I especially liked the lifetime replacement tires and the free oil changes that were part of the deal last time. I was astonished at how wonderful CJ was at accommodating me for everything you could imagine and more. The financing was great and they took care of my every need which included letting me use a car until I decided which car I wanted. CJ made the whole process so easy, it was unbelievable. They were very nice to me. I am a lifetime customer and have purchased other vehicles there too. I highly recommend CJ since he will take great care of you.

    Recently, my husband and I leased a new Toyota Highlander XLE. The service we received from C.J. Marella was outstanding. He called us right back as soon as we sent him a message via the internet. The rest of the staff at the dealership were also very efficient. We will definitely return to Toyota of Wallingford when we need a new car!

    I recently purchased a used SUV. I will start by saying that it is always vital to do your research and know your subject matter. Even after researching, I found even more information at the dealership. My salesman Eric, was professional, friendly and knowledgable in every aspect. There was no pressure to make a decision. I was very impressed with the SUV and the entire sales experience. Gloria the finance manager also did a great and efficient job making this the best car sales experience I have been involved in to date. This is substantial as my family and friends have purchased almost 20 cars and or trucks from Eric at Toyota of Wallingford. We will continue to do so in the future. So do your research then go to partner-up with a great sales team for a satisfying purchase experience.

    We recently purchased two new SUVs from this dealership. Ralph, our salesman, was great from the get go. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and went the extra mile to get us the deal we wanted. He treated us with the utmost respect, explained all our options, and answered questions even on his time off. The overall experience was pleasurable, and we were treated like family. Gloria, the business manager, was a pleasure to work with , and made the process enjoyable. Ralph has gained two very loyal and satisfied customers who will definitely purchase our next vehicles at this dealership.

    I would like to thank Dan R. for all of his time, helping both my self and my husband lease two new Toyota 2013 RAV's. It was so confusing but Dan broke everything down for us so that it was very easy to understand. We are new to leasing and will continue to with Dan R. at Toyota of Wallingford.

    We went to this dealership to test drive a car. The sales person brought a car meeting our specifications to test drive. We liked the vehicle very much and returned to sit down and talk numbers. Prior to doing so, we specifically said that we didn't want to do the usual "dance" regarding price. We asked for the bottom line price with the understanding that we would be checking other dealers for their prices. The salesperson came back to us with a price that we felt was fair and decided to begin the process of signing papers to place an order. After this process was well underway, he returned with a "manager" who said there had been a "mistake". He said that the price we had been quoted did not include several of the features that were on the car we had driven. He told us that he could get another car for us at that price without those features. We were very angry and said as much. We drove the car. We discussed the car as it was and it was more than clear that this was the car we had asked for a price quote on. The "manger" gave us prices to add the features already present on the car. We attempted to negotiate/arugue the prices since they didn't seem at all consistent with the prices we had seen on Toyota's main website. There was a lot of back and forth between the salesman and the manager. When we became somewhat reconciled to these changes, the manager returned to say that the price he quoted on one of the features wasn't accurate. When we argued this he said that he gave the price "off the top of his head". We found this completely ridiculous! We were signing papers to buy a car. Did he think we were asking for imaginary prices? All in all we spent more than 3 hours at the dealership and really felt "worked over". This was in no way a comfortable, straighforward process as it should have been. By the next day we had a quote on the very same vehicle, configured in the same way for 800 dollars less at another dealer. The process was simple, and straigtforward. We decided to purchase the car at this other dealership and to cancel our order at Toyota of Wallingford and get our deposit back. I went to the dealership to do just that and was kept waiting for nearly an hour, just to get my money back. To add insult to injury, another manager then asked what he could do to make things right. Now he was willing to work with us? It was simply insulting. Not only will we never again seek to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, we will no longer patronize them for service either. Stay away! If we could give less than one star we would!

    I recently purchased a car from Toyota of Wallingford and was very happy with my experience. My salesman Steven was very polite and knowledgeable, as well as very patient. I also met with Gloria who explained to me the warranty options I had available in detail and helped me make the best decision for what I could afford! I will definitely be doing business here again.

    Thank you for a quick and stress-free experience. With two small kids, Jeff understood our needs and especially understood we didn't have a lot of time. He made things easy and efficient. Gloria is a pro! She was diligent and professional making sure every t was crossed and i was dotted. We love our minivan!!

    Gloria and CJ were both extraordinarily considerate, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. CJ answered all questions honestly, and was not pushy in the slightest, yet I still felt that he was doing his best to give us the best deal possible. Gloria's enthusiasm is contagious, and she was very reassuring and encouraging. She answered all questions readily and knowledgeably. This was my first experience with a dealership, but I can't imagine going anywhere else. I will be recommending this dealership to friends.

    Me and my husband purchased our Toyota Camry from Ron at Wallingford Toyota and could not have been more pleased with the service that we received. He answered all the questions that we had and made the whole process an enjoyable one. We will definitely be returning to him when the lease on our other car is up.

    I recently purchased a used SUV from CJ at Wallingford Toyota. I had recently been to another Toyota dealership and found Wallingford Toyota to be better than I had expected. CJ was very thorough and informative about the vehicle that I bought. He didn't feed me any typical lines that car dealers try to do. I also met with Gloria and she was great to work with also. She made the final part of the deal easy. She had a great sense of humor and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Wallingford Toyota.

    I just bought a 2010 Sienna from Toyota of Wallingford and I am truly pleased with my purchase experience. The people there are wonderful and extremely helpful. People like Gloria and Ralph who helped me through the process made me feel confident in this dealership. There is a reason that this is my third purchase at this dealership.

    Worked with Mike over the weekend. He was very friendly and knowledgeable to all of our questions and concerns (which seemed to be a lot). Between himself and his sales manager they were able to get me exactly what I wanted. I will defiantly return next time I am looking for a new vehicle. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a new car.
