Tree fell on car!

Second time buying a Mazda. My wife needed a car after a storm blew a tree down on her existing car. Walked in the door and was greeted by Stephen Duffy. Stephen took us for a test drive in a CX 50. Loved the car and loved how Stephen did… not pressure us and answered questions when we had them. 2 days later, we were again owners of a Mazda. When going to Modern Mazda keep an eye out for Stephen Duffy... He is what a salesperson should be.. Smart, honest, and pressure free.

by Kristine H on 11/14/2022Love Modern Mazda! We were on the hunt for a new car and found exactly the model and color we wanted in transit to Modern Mazda. I emailed Modern Mazda and Jose reached out right away. He was pleasant, informative and kind. Not pushy at… all, which we've experienced in the past at other dealerships. There was even a descrepancy with the price on the website (due to a corporate listing snafu). He did some research and made sure that we had the correct information (and it was less that we orginally thought which always helps)! Everything was done seemlessly and easily over the phone as we live around 45 min from the dealership. The day of pickup was easy peazy. Jose went through the car in great detail with us. We were trading in a very old beat up car and he managed to get us more than we could have hoped for on the trade in value. He's an all around good guy who wanted us to be happy. And we definately are. We've been driving the car around for a few days and LOVE It. Only issue we have now is fighthing over who gets to drive! This is our first Mazda - and probably won't be the last we buy from Modern Mazda.Fun day at Modern Mazda

Greg knew about the cars I was interested in and explained each of them. We then test drove several Mazdas. He was not pushy, but… explained the car and let it speak for itself. The purchase process was painless, everyone is helpful and friendly and I’m very pleased I can take my Mazda3 to Modern Mazda for any services I need. Overall a great experience with Greg, Modern Mazda and my new (to me) Mazda3! Definitely consider one of these cars if you’re in the market for a new car!
