    Car never got looked at told me to waiting for a loaner a month pass still no loaner called person was rude this time around told me to leave my car left my car there 3 times and they never help me then told me of sometimes me leave has a loaner for you go with them then she told me she need my light on when they already scanned my car when the light was on better business I would be calling on then

    Vehicle was at the dealership for 9 days(1/17am - 1/25pm) total and all issues have not been resolved. After 3 days, I was told the vehicle was ready for pick up and all that was performed was the 1st service at approximately 4400 miles and the reprograming of the puddle lights. The appointment was originally scheduled to fix a wobble heard in the driver door when closing, issue with the infotainment system, and a paint defect on the roof. When I went to pick up the vehicle(1/19pm), I had them listen to the wobble when closing the door and the window up. They agreed to keep vehicle and look at it on 1/20. They said they could not see the paint defect even though Michele Chonko had a picture of it in her email. The defect could not be pointed out to the tech because the vehicle was left in your parking lot and there was frozen precipitation on the roof. I called Monday(1/22) and Tuesday(1/23) for a status. Michele called late afternoon Tuesday(1/23) and said the vehicle had just gotten back from the body shop and that still need to address the wobble. I Thursday(1/25) I was told vehicle was ready for pick up. When I arrived around 4:30-5:00pm, I pulled vehicle in to look at the paint but the roof was wet so I could not evaluate the repair. The wobble in the door was gone which I was told were two power window cables moving around that were repaired with friction tape. I was pleased with the solid sound when the door was closed. Saturday I washed the vehicle to evaluate the paint repair. The original defect was a small fleck of paint missing(no scratch or dent) and 2 dark dots in the paint. It appears the that the roof was buffed and the missing fleck of paint has buffing compound in it and it looks like the clear coat came off of the 2 dark spots and buffing compound is in the recesses of the paint. Sus[cious that the 2 dark spots were from a previous repair, Michelle Chonko received the before and after pictures in her email. Also noticed that the chrome on the running board up front on the driver's side had deep scratches in it. Tom Prosser said he would order a new running board and schedule the paint touch up(I do not want the roof repainted) for week of 2/5/24, have the truck for a day, and reserve a loaner for me. Today is 2/9 and I am still waiting. If these items are taking care of then i will be pleased and not bad feelings. Everyone has been very polite but my truck is not right, I have to answer no to all questions until issues are resolved. I know if I wait to long, these surveys expire.

    I recently purchased a car in a different state and couldn't be happier with my decision. Initially, I was hesitant to buy a car out of state as I thought it would be a complex and tedious process, but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was from start to finish. We hopped on the second ferry of the day and took the next ferry back! What impressed me most about this D'Addario Buick dealership was the level of support and guidance that was provided. The process was smooth, seamless, and stress-free from the beginning. The sales representative Horacio along with General Manager Josh went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process being extremely professional and welcoming. When I arrived at the D'Addario Buick dealership to pick up my car, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about cars, which made me feel confident in my purchase. Their selection of vehicles was impressive, and their prices were fair and competitive, and straightforward -- no hidden fees!!!!!!!!! First, I found the car I wanted online and contacted the D'Addario Buick dealership after doing a google search of CT dealers near the Bridgeport Ferry. The General Manager Josh replied to my email directly, and dealt with him through most of the online process. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He answered all my questions promptly and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Next, we went through the financing process, which was easy and straightforward. The D'Addario Buick dealership used an online portal to apply for financing, and I was able to provide all the necessary documentation easily via email. I picked a day that worked for our schedule, hopped on the ferry, and when I arrived at the D'Addario Buick dealership was right outside Bridgeport and the car was waiting for me in pristine condition and was exactly as described in the listing. Overall, I can't recommend buying a car out of state at their dealership enough. The process was hassle-free, the D'Addario Buick dealership was helpful and trustworthy, and I ended up with the perfect car. So if you are considering buying a car out of state, go ahead and do it – you won't regret it!

    I was very happy with this dealership. Very nice, everything went smoothly. Just bought my 2021 GMC Terrain. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Deserve more than 5 stars.

    This is my second year using this dealership for service on gmc. They’re honest and reliable - haven’t tried to sell me nonsense like so many places try to do. The rate card is also posted so it’s easy to see and understand pricing for maintenance services - no games.

    Still there! D'Addario web page has had a van on its web page for three months now! The first time I e-mailed them they answered promptly and said van was sold Its still advertised three months later and when I inquire the van has been sold ! Beware!
