Bad Experience
by Sheikh_Arafat on 05/14/2018Let me start from the beginning, i wish i can give 0 star, I came to USA in 2016. Until then this car dealer give me most disgusting experience in my USA life. I don't know about cars that much, i went there to buy a car. I saved 3 grand in… 6 months and my dad gave me 8 grand. I saw they had a car 2010 Marcedes Benz C300 for 9 grand with taxes that cost me like 10.5 grand. They gave me a broken car, that car have damage on door, engine light problem. I really didn't care about those. But the real problem was that car had a frame damage. WOW just [non-permissible content removed] wow. They didn't told me anything, they said everything is ok, if you wants to buy this car from another dealer that cost you more than 14 grand. Oh really? I didn't even drive 2 hours engine light showed up. I went to change my oil, somebody told me there is a leak somewhere. I went to the marcedes dealer couple of times. When they told that's the problem and if you want to fix it, that's gonna cost you more than 6 grand. Wow. I decided to sell that car. I went to a dealer they told me your car have frame damage, 4 accident. (a better way wholesale, they didn't tell me anything). They told me they can give me 2 grand for my car. I just like nothing to say. In 6 months i spent more than 2k to fix that car. But i failed. Finally i sold that car for 4 grand. #Now if anybody see my review from that place, i hope they will give me my answer. 1. Why you guys take benefit from a 20 years old kid? Who just came in this country? 2. That's how you guys do business? 3. I have one co worker, you guys did the same thing with him too. So you guys don't tell car history before you sell any car. RIght?This dealership Literally ruined my life and lied to me numerous of times
by Mbuster13 on 05/04/2018Dont buy here trust me Im saving your money and time they dont care about you and they are nothing but lying evil people Long story short I brought a car here first thing first the sales person was working with other coustmers and had us… squeeze on a tight couch for hours but that not that bad part. The bad part is the first week I had the car it had starting problems. Took it the dealership atleast 5 Times and the car was out for service atleast 5 weeks be before they fix it. They was just replaceing parts and said it fix now but they lied and had to bring it back and back and back. At this point I miss two weeks of school had to withdraw the semester because I couldnt make it because they couldnt fix the car the gave me. The worst part is they didnt care the general manger lied to me and said he will refund me my car payment for that one month the car was in the shop. He simply lied to me and shook my hand and said he was going to send me a check never got the check I emailed him and call and no response.. these people are evil and dont care about you they just want your money please do your review before buying here Im saving u time and money and hopefully they dont ruined your life like they did minesplease read how disgusting this place is

I purchased a 2008 vehicle [non-permissible content removed] on April 19,2018 and well on April 23,2018 the engine blew, now i purchased a warranty that isn't even in effect yet… because they haven't sent the paperwork in yet and i had to pay for the tow to send it in to them. when i test drove the car there were a couple of concerns i had regarding the vehicle like the coolant needed to be flushed as the temperature was rising to 200+ degrees and there was a slight pinging noise coming from the engine. and i was told the pinging noise wasn't of concern and that they couldn't do a coolant flush due to them not having a vacuum flush machine. well i called the service manager who goes by (KAM) and he was completely disrespectful calling me ignorant and not letting me talk when i was describing the issues. as well as i am assuming that [non-permissible content removed] never did an inspection cause most lines were leaking fluids. Keep your hard earned cash and spend it somewhere that will value you and respect you.Great deal

Worsts dealership !!!
by Zsozso1978 on 02/23/2018I had a very bad experience with this dealership today . I made a loan for a specific vehicle trough chase I checked 4 times if the vehicle is still available. I was told yes all 4 times. I packed up my family a two year old a four year old… and my wife and we drove after a long day at work to pick up the car . Of corse after we waited 1 hour I was told the vehicle was just sold . That is not the right way to treat a costumer! I checked later on what they will tell me about the same vehicle online and over the phone , both ways still showed available!! I will go to true car and chase bank and I will report about the scam what you guys are pulling !!! I was never been treated like an idiot like this before in my life !good customer service

The dealership was wall-to-wall with people, like Rockefeller Center at Christmas but I was helped by a patient young man who stuck with me… as I test drove 5 different cars. Im glad because the things i heard about this place are nightmare stories. Only went there to support someone else and they wanted to give it… a try. First of all when you walk in you will get an instant headache from all the yelling and loud talking people all crammed together trying to fiance people who probably cant buy a car elsewhere because of their credit. I assure you that you will see the most amount of low lifes ever at this horrible place. They buy auction crap and do a bad job fixing it. I saw one car with the worst paint job ever pull up for a customer to look at and i had to laugh. Good luck to anyone who even goes theres to look. This place is a evil joke.
