by Carl Osborne Jr on 05/04/2025I add an appointment with Dan Perkins Subaru on a Saturday morning for an oil change & tire rotation. Of course the Service Department was busy. Upon arriving I was greeted by a service technician and logged in so we thought. I went to the… waiting area for my Forester to be serviced. After waiting 2 hours I I found my vehicle parked in the lot. I asked a service technician if my vehicle was done and she checked. It was learned that my vehicle had not been logged in as thought and the WiFi printer had malfunctioned. The service manager was advised and I was informed that I would not be charged for the service I requested and a courtesy car was provided until my vehicle was done. This was my first visit to Dan Perkins Subaru Service Dept. I intended to continue to have my Forester serviced there. The staff was very friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience. It was a Happy Ending!Carl Osborne Jr, we strive for a high level of customer satisfaction in all aspects of our dealership. Jason Sandel in Service assisted me today. He greeted me promptly,… kept me updated on the status of the repair, arranged a loaner for me, and brought my vehicle inside so that I didn’t have to walk in the snow to get it. I have been a customer of this dealership for 20 years. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for a vehicle. Wifi is included so you can surf the net or check your social media while waiting. The Service time is what to be expected. Not too long. My… service advisor, Nichol, was very pleasant, always smiling and friendly. She explained to me all the necessary information about what needs to be done during the service. Very low turnover – I see the same employees in both… departments every time I go there for years on end. They know me and they take care of their customers. I trust them completely when it comes to servicing my vehicles - and it’s great to see Dan still ambling around, picking up any stray trash he might see, and straightening up the excellent customer lounge! Really excellent facility that allows me to work and be productive and comfortable settings.
