Outstanding experience at Dan Perkins Subaru
by Lisa Fiala on 10/23/2024Chris Stern was outstanding from the moment we drove onto the lot one Sunday morning. He was no pressure, patient, knowledgeable about the brand, models, and trim packages. We test drove three vehicles, fell in love with one but needed to… think about it because it was the smallest model. We returned five days later wanting to compare cargo space. He lined the two vehicles we wanted to see side by side so we could compare. He offered ideas and gave us space to discuss amongst ourselves. We put a deposit down on the crosstrek wilderness and so far we are thrilled. We had been to many car dealers over the course of the last year, and Chris’s service and knowledge of the brand was unparalleled. We were impressed with the purchasing process as well. Chris accommodated whatever we needed to do. Finance was a breeze, Gil S going above and beyond to help us with a registration dilemma and providing no-nonsense processes with a smile. Friendly, knowledgeable, pressure free service at every step. FYI I have owned Hondas for the past 29 years. Moving to Subaru caused me pause initially but I’m thrilled I did. by AR on 07/30/2024Dan Perkins Subaru in Milford gets 5 starts for every service they offer. Our sales associate, Edward, was amazing. No pressure or hard sell, knowledgeable, didn't talk down to us, was polite, friendly, and returned my texts and emails even… after hours. When I wasn't sure about a color he would run out and find a car on the lot to show me rather than relying on computer images. The showroom and service waiting areas are sparkling clean, well designed and welcoming. The quality of Subaru goes without saying.
