A Very Good Experience!

Stress-free environment. Chad, our salesperson, was there to listen to us and accommodate our needs. He was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. We felt that he was in our corner. This was perhaps the best car-buying… experience my wife and I (in our eighties!) have ever had! It was a big plus that we were able to place a REFUNDABLE deposit on a beautiful Camry while it was still in transit. Fees for documents and etching were certainly reasonable. Not the closest Toyota dealer for us, but definitely worth the trip.

He brought a XLE to the show room and he explained all the new features. I've had 6 Rav 4's since 2000 and now own a 2014… Limited. Last Tuesday we set up and appointment took me a a test drive and explained all the features. I ended up buying one that day. Picked it up on Tuesday and know it was a great descision on my part. Today I made another appointment to met Paul to help me understand some of the new feature. As I was leaving he told me he will be there for me as I have questions or concerns and I believe himGreat Experience!!!!
