Love my car

I had an excellent experience at Lia Honda of Enfield. The manager, Aaron, was very nice. Troy Conlin was fantastic. He listened to my needs and found the perfect car for me. He took the time to explain all of the features of the car. He… was patient and answered all my questions. Troy made the whole car buying experience enjoyable. The finance manager, Mike, was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional and made the entire process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership.

Will Not Walk Into a Lia Business Ever Again
by DrCox on 04/30/2013updated 08/05/2025Absolute worst sales experience of my life. Sales manager, Aaron, lied about several things along the way. Told us ALL civics pulled to the right. Was told they would do front end alignment before selling the car. They never did. Was told… they would replace a bad tire before selling the car. Told me that was done only for me to see the original bad tire on the car after they said the car was ready to go. Didnt get the paper work right. Took all day to do the paper work. Never again!Awful sales team.
by pajjr on 07/17/2013updated 08/05/2025Salesperson, Mary was rude and arrogant. Aaron, would not confirm a sale number. I went a half mile down the road and bought a Toyota, for more money. At least there I felt I was well treated and not played games with.Great Experience with Lia Honda
by Elizabeth86 on 02/28/2013updated 08/05/2025I was interested in leasing a 2013 Honda CR-V EX-L so I inquired on their website and the Internet Sales Rep, Phil B. was very prompt with a response and told me of their lease special which was the lowest in the area. We set up an… appointment with him for the next day and he was very nice, courteous and professional, he did not pressure us at all and overall it was actually a fun experience. Phil went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted. I love my CR-V and would not hesitate to buy from Phil again.
