Bought my first car here, highly recommend!

This review is long overdue, but here it is:
I moved here from NYC and never owned a car before. In March of this year I had to buy my first car. My brother had great experiences purchasing his in April 2021 and December 2022, so we… returned to Premier Subaru to search for mine. Matt was our salesman and Phillip helped with the financial component. I purchased an Impreza sedan on a Saturday in March. After "running some numbers" we changed our minds and contacted the sales team, who were very quick to respond during the weekend and understanding of the situation. On Monday we returned to the dealership and found the car I wanted; my Subaru Crosstrek. Phillip did the financial paperwork all over again (sorry for the added work, Phil!), but we were met with nothing but the utmost patience and professionalism throughout the entire process by everyone at the dealership. I drove my first car home the same day. The next morning, Matt called me to check-in and see how the ride home in my new car went. The staff at Premier Subaru make high quality customer service look easy - they treated us like family and we are truly grateful. My family and I will return for our future vehicles, and recommend Premier Subaru to anyone looking to buy/sell their vehicles.

Buying my new 2023 Forester touring vehicle
by Forester23 on 04/21/2023My sales consultant Megan Jaisaree was wonderful. Megan was very patient with me and went over all the vehicles that I was interested in purchasing. We finally settled on the Forester Touring after a test drive with Megan and my daughter… and son in law. We were all impressed how quiet it drove and how much room is in the vehicle. I am so happy with my new car and I feel very safe driving in my new Forester. Thank you Megan for all your help!Thank you @Forester23 for your wonderful review. Ripped off
by Jeff from CT on 08/09/2022- Was told I would be offered Costco pricing ($500 over invoice). Instead, I was charged $950 over MSRP - Only reason I went to this dealer was because I was told I would get Costco pricing - Exorbitant 'conveyance' fee compared to other… dealers (called Documentation) $698 - Was sold bogus nitrogen for inflating tires $99; turns out it is a total scam - 'Business Manager' tried to sell my wife extended warranty for $2K; luckily she asked me and I said 'no way' - Net, net, I paid $3K more for this car than I should have Shop around and don't fall for enticing deals that sound too good to be true (e.g. Costco pricing)I am the author of this review and I hereby retract it unreservedly and in its totality. I had a wonderful buying experience, paid a fair price for the car, and was treated with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone wishing to purchase a Subaru.
Beyond the Best Dealership!

They are always friendly and welcoming, and they truly make me feel like a valued customer. The service department does excellent work and… they are always upfront about what repairs are needed and what the total cost will be. I really do trust and appreciate their honesty and integrity. She provided a tour of the new facilities while I waited for my car. When the car was… ready, she explained the bill and provided information about maintenance needed in the near future. When it came time to turn in the leased vehicle, we were thinking of buying an Outback, but the… new ones were too big, and the prices of the used ones were fair, but we didn’t want a used vehicle, and the new ones were out of our price range. The sales department tried, but they couldn’t deliver what we needed.1 less star for customer service

First time Suburu buyer

Notwithstanding reviews that say it is underpowered, it does fine when accelerating to highway… speeds. by mchiker1 on 02/24/2015I'm from Vermont and traveled to Premier Subaru based on their outstanding reputation. I wasn't disappointed as they greatly exceeded my expectations. I had a high mileage Subaru that I owed more on than was worth...I met with salesman… Herman Winston who listened intently as I explained my situation and he found the perfect fit for my requirements, a slightly owned 2015 Subaru Forester with just 8000 miles on it.. Jeff Irzyk took over and in spite of my upside down financial position on my existing vehicle, matched me up with a lender to finish up the deal. During the registration process a Vermont official made a typographical error on one of the forms that caused my registration process to stall just days before my temporary registration was set to expire. At this point with my stress level rising I spoke to Sales Mgr Will Petrillo who immediately assured me not to lose my confidence, that they would come up with a solution. Sure enough, the next day General Sales Mgr Rich Johnson's over the top actions resolved the problem completely at Premiers expense even though it was no fault of the dealership at all. In this day and age, it is truly refreshing to find a company so focused on total customer satisfaction. I would strongly recommend Premier Subaru to anyone!!! Friendly, knowledgable sales staff and no hard pressure sale. Even if I didn't love my new Subaru (my first),… I'd go back to Premier and buy another one. The overall experience is just that wonderful.
