    The service advisors were able to get me scheduled quickly, and then my work schedule changed, so I needed to have the work done an hour earlier than scheduled. They had me come over and said they would try to get me squeezed in and done earlier, which they did. Happy with the work they did and how I was treated.

    Jake was very helpful in getting my truck repaired as quickly as he could. He worked with the warranty company to insure they would approve the work on my truck. He was excellent in updating me with the progress of the warranty approval and the work on my truck. It was very convenient being able to text back and forth with any questions and updates. I appreciated Jake's friendly and knowledgeable service throughout the process!!

  • Excellent onsite Customer Service - Poor Call Center Knowledge and Service

    The call was to arrange for my appointment at the Lone Tree GMC dealer a month before the appointment. Upon arrival, no appointment had been reserved for the 30k mileage service at the Lone Tree dealership. When arranging my appointment I asked for a price to budget accordingly. The quote was $1,000, I budgeted $1,200 only to arrive and was told $1,900 for everything. Poor customer service on the part of the call center. This is the second I have received the wrong information from the call center. The call center is poorly trained, poorly knowledgeable on how to assist customers properly. The gentleman helping the day of arrival was more than accommodating to get my GMC Terrain in for servicing and provide a loaner car. I had made appointments in the area to attend while my automobile was being serviced. I live a two hour drive from Loan Tree area.

    Larry, the service writer, was excellent! He maintained contact with me and kept me updated, along with being very pleasant and understanding! The problem was that I was notified that the recall parts were finally on hand and I should make an appointment! They were not and my car was in the dealership for two days before I picked it up, not repaired, and took it home. It was another week before the parts were finally available and the repair completed.

    I’ve been having an issue with my 2022 Terrain since purchase. The only response I get from the service department is “well there’s no error code so there’s nothing wrong”. We have tried following up multiple times and have not gotten a response from the Assistant or head Service Manager.
