Stars based on the SERVICE CENTER not purchasing a car. Purchasing a car was good- no haggling prices which was nice. However, the service center is TERRIBLE. No communication at all, wasted my time, and didn't give me a rental until I had to get ugly about it (and that took 9 days after getting ahold of the manager- Brian). I had the 90 day/4,000 mile warranty on a used car. Made an appointment the week after getting the car. The A/C and 4 wheel drive was having issues....all obviously missed in their pointless pre-inspection before selling. I had to wait a few weeks to get the vehicle in to get looked at. Once we dropped it off the vehicle sat for five full days before being sent to the KIA service center (it is a KIA vehicle). I could have saved a week and dropped it off there myself. KIA was way more responsive and easier to work with. Overall the process took three weeks to ge the car back. I asked for my three weeks back on the warranty, since it shouldn't have taken that long), and was denied. Do yourself a favor and avoid the service center at all costs!!!
