However, it took them a while to figure out where the clunking noise was coming from. Removed and reinstalled lots of components only to… find out that the seat bolt in the backseat was rolling around loosely, it wasn’t installed properly from the factory.Superb!

Jerry should be commended for how great he is at his job and for consistently going above… and beyond for his customers. I have always said that the reason I keep driving Mercedes and not the competition is because of the service I receive. If the service was bad, I would probably look at other brands.
