    Jack is the BEST service guy! He always works with me and my crazy schedule. The mechanics are awesome, I had what I thought was a tapping lifter turned out to be a gasket issue. The mechanics also found other issues, yes, real issues.… Jack let me know what was wrong and said because they had all the parts they could fix it and get it back to me next day. Yep, they got it done and I’m back on the road in my Jeep…with a detailed engine compartment. Thank you!!

    My battery was dead after coming home from vacation. Jack was able to get me in the same day and had my Pacifica ready to go within 2 hours. He also explained that there are 2 batteries and checked both of them for me.

  • Broken thermostat on a 2022 jeep grand Wagoneer

    My car overheated with less than 10,000 miles on it. Come to find out I had a bad thermostat. I tried to call the Jeep dealership on Arapahoe, who told me that they couldn’t get me in for a solid week. (As I was basically broken down on the… side of the road) I was able to let the car cool enough to be able to get it to the Broadway location. Now they’re not who I purchase a car from, but I will say that their service was top notch! The only thing I would suggest would be for all Jeep dealerships to have more rental cars on hand for luxury vehicle owners like myself. This is where some of the luxury brands have stood out above and beyond. Now that jeep is breaking into the luxury industry, it be nice to have the same service/amenities offered at other dealerships in the luxury market.

    Caught the service team using our car for their personal use. They put nearly 100 miles on our car that they had for 2.5 weeks. Showed up to pick up our car, it was not on the lot, service manager was out to lunch with it. No repairs had… been made in 2.5 weeks. Service rep was not friendly, claimed to not be responsible when we arrived. After being caught in the act, service manager was very friendly, all repair parts were magically in stock, and we were told they could have our car done in a few hours. Picked up our car two days later, one repair not made, one new issue is now needing attention. Not trustworthy.

    I was unable to get an appointment within a reasonable time period (seven weeks??) at the AutoNation dealership I usually visit so I drove 17 miles to the South Broadway dealership. Worth the drive. Compared to the chaos, lack of… civility of the staff, timeliness of an appointment, and timeliness of getting the work done on my Jeep at the AutoNation dealership on West Colfax, this visit was a dream! The service area was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and my Jeep was done at the time it was promised to be done. I guess no two AutoNation dealerships are alike. I will be making the 17-mile trek to the South Broadway dealership going forward; saving time by driving four miles to deal with long wait times and surly staff: NOT WORTH IT.

    chasing an issue with my car since May. One thing fixed, another issue presented itself. The bummer is it happened minutes after I picked up the car, I drove back, and was told "just ignore it for now" (start / stop issue). But did not know… it would be so hard to diagnose, because it only happened sometimes, and the codes can't be pulled if it didn't happen recently. I was usually "disabling" that at the advice of SA. So had driven back and froth from home (Summit County) to diagnose issue, but they couldn't. Issue presented itself at ~35k miles and was not finally diagnosed and (seemingly, hopefully fixed now ) after 36k miles. So now my warranty is out. A different warranty must be applied which has a $100 deductible. So dealer can't help you. Have to open a case with Jeep. Do that, bunch more wasted time, phone calls. They will not waive it. They will not cover it. Supposedly they are going to give me some free oil changes. Hasn't happened yet. It's July 24th. So yeah. That's my experience!! Guess if I get free oil changes I'll be going back and hoping to just have some casual and positive service with no issues.....

  • Better training

    First oil change on my rubicon, been wanting a jeep for years and finally have one, Jeep is community! However this interaction was lacking customer service, no one greeted had to walk in and ask for help, service guy looked offended I did… not purchase vehicle from dealership. Upon check out was advised multi inspection completed but washer fluid, def fluid not filled up. Ask if the oil is for diesel engines, service guy look mortified like he didn’t know jeep was diesel, made me feel uneasy if the right oil was used, he was like we don’t get much diesels. I trust tech knew and Google to ensure correct oil used. Probably not bring my jeep here so glad I purchased out of state!

    The entire staff was very nice and the process was very fast. We decided to stay at the dealership and were quoted 60-90 minutes but the jeep was actually done in 30!!!

    We recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from AutoNation. We had done a lot of research before coming to the dealership, so we pretty much knew what we were looking for when we arrived. Ron greeted us when we walked in… the door and worked with us from start to finish, showing us all the vehicles in their inventory that meet the specs we were looking for. Ron & Robert worked with us on financing and titling issues and were fair and patient with our questions and concerns.
