AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway
Dealership Service Review
chasing an issue with my car since May. One thing fixed, another issue presented itself. The bummer is it happened minutes after I picked up the car, I drove back, and was told "just ignore it for now" (start / stop issue). But did not know it would be so hard to diagnose, because it only happened sometimes, and the codes can't be pulled if it didn't happen recently. I was usually "disabling" that at the advice of SA. So had driven back and froth from home (Summit County) to diagnose issue, but they couldn't. Issue presented itself at ~35k miles and was not finally diagnosed and (seemingly, hopefully fixed now ) after 36k miles. So now my warranty is out. A different warranty must be applied which has a $100 deductible. So dealer can't help you. Have to open a case with Jeep. Do that, bunch more wasted time, phone calls. They will not waive it. They will not cover it. Supposedly they are going to give me some free oil changes. Hasn't happened yet. It's July 24th. So yeah. That's my experience!! Guess if I get free oil changes I'll be going back and hoping to just have some casual and positive service with no issues.....
