    went in for the first time wanting a certified detailed 45k inspection and oil change, service manager was great, but the supposedly certified mechanic who worked on my promaster didn't bother to air up my tires after rotating them , the… fronts require different pressure then the rears so he didn't bother to adjust leaving my TPMS system a mess and had to go somewhere else to get it adjusted, I didn't want to take my promaster to grease monkey thinking id get that kind of service , but I got that kind of service from the dealership. won't be returning

  • Worse service ever

    Had a 10am apple for oil change and recall work to be done on my Ram. Was told it would take 4 hours to complete I decided to wait for my truck. Due to the fact I didn’t plan very well and didn’t think it would take so long with an… appointment. So I waited. 31/2 hours later and noticed my truck never moved decided I had enough and knew that the work wouldn’t be done by hour 4. Went to get my keys. The service writer couldn’t find my keys and once he did said “I’ll bring it up front” not knowing it ever moved. I informed him it was always up front. And left. We (wife and I) have brought 3 cars through this dealership with amazing service even the finance people were awesome. Thought the service department would be the same. Boy! Was I wrong. No clue no customer service no service done. Total waste of time. Worse service place ever.

  • Oil Change

    I have used this location 3 times for and oil and tire rotation. I have not had any issues. During this appointment we dropped the Jeep Wrangler off the night before, they kept me updated on when it would be ready as they are running behind… which was fine as I had let them know the night before when we dropped it off that we would be picking it back up shortly after 5pm. Each of the staff we have either talked to on the phone or interacted with have been friendly and answered any questions I have had. We plan on using this location again for our next oil change.

  • Radiator replacement

    2013 Dodge Durango, Code P1028. Was told that the T-Stat should be replaced and that the radiator had a leak. Cost to replace..$3,000.00 Wow! Paid the $285 for the diagnostics, tech did not clear the code.

  • Total Regret - Go Anywhere Else

    You would think that Auto Nation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Southwest might be a reputable business, but it clearly is no different than the [non-permissible content removed] used car dealerships that are so common. I was scammed! I am angry… with myself for falling for their ploy, but extremely angry at this dealership for taking advantage of me and my situation. I found a vehicle I was interested in on Autotrader.com. I expressed my interest in the vehicle to the dealership and began the buying process. I do not have good credit right now so getting approved for financing was a challenge. The dealer’s financing department found me a lender, so I made an appointment to go see, test drive and purchase the vehicle I wanted. I drove to the dealership from over 50 miles away and was 30 minutes late to my appointment due to traffic and other factors. So I arrived more than 4 hours after the appointment had been set up. I received emails and texts assuring me that the vehicle was there and ready to go. The emails even said that the vehicle would be brought to the front of the store and ready to be test driven. I walked into the dealership and was told by the salesperson that he just found out 5 minutes prior that the vehicle didn’t pass inspection and was not safe to be on the road. Again, I was assured earlier that the vehicle was available and ready. I had asked for financing information and additional photos of the vehicle prior to making the 50 mile drive and neither of those requests were fulfilled, so I should have been wary at that point. When learning that the vehicle I wanted was not available, I should have turned around and walked out then and there. The status of that vehicle was surely known well before I arrived. It is CLEAR that the ad for this vehicle was a lure and that the dealership never had any intention of selling me that vehicle. For this dealership to deny any of what I have written would be an insult. Instead of getting the vehicle I wanted at a good price with manageable payments, I ended up signing for a vehicle that I likely can’t afford, cost twice as much, is not really what I wanted, has a higher payment, and a longer commitment to payments. I realize that I fell for this and that I am ultimately responsible for getting myself into this mess, but I was definitely taken advantage of due to my credit situation and desperation. When the salesperson called me a couple days later, I expressed my concern and was blown off. I sent an email requesting the names and numbers of senior managers and the salesperson I had dealt with ignored me. No, I do not recommend this dealership. This is a prime example of why most people hate having to buy or replace cars. If for whatever reason you still want to buy from this place, be very careful. Do not work with Luke Clark. He is well trained and will likely take advantage of you too.

    Our first visit for service was excellent. The technician who helped us (Colin) was helpful and took the time to explain the problem. We especially liked the video showing the car’s undercarriage and engine.

    The service team was able to move my appointment up since another customer canceled their appointment. Parts that were needed for my vehicle were on backorder, but the canceled appointment allowed me to get service sooner. With the previous… customer canceling, I was able to get schedule and seen within 24 hours. Since I live 4 hours from the dealer, Ryan and team were able to expedite my repair and have my vehicle back to me same day. Communication and coordination were superior.

  • No Follow through

    Going on 4 weeks with horrible communication. Bought my car and needed to get the windshield fixed. Sales man continues to dodge calls and manager makes promises with no follow through. Was told by one of the managers I would receive a call… back either the 5th or the 6th of OCTOBER. It is now 10 October and no phone call or follow up. I continue to leave messages and can’t get my windshield fixed. I will be filling with the BBB I just want someone to care a little bit over there.
