wanted certified service , got grease monkey service

onwent in for the first time wanting a certified detailed 45k inspection and oil change, service manager was great, but the supposedly certified mechanic who worked on my promaster didn't bother to air up my tires after rotating them , the fronts require different pressure then the rears so he didn't bother to adjust leaving my TPMS system a mess and had to go somewhere else to get it adjusted, I didn't want to take my promaster to grease monkey thinking id get that kind of service , but I got that kind of service from the dealership. won't be returning
