    We’ve purchased our last 3 vehicles from Auto Nation. We truly appreciate their transparency, no haggle pricing and great customer service. We were a little frustrated with how long the process took this time. Our sales guy was juggling multiple customers and the finance people were behind. However, it was the last day of the month and they did look extremely busy. Overall, our sales guy, Preston was knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and great at giving us options. We were pleased with the entire experience. We will continue car shopping at Auto Nation and consider Subaru again in the future.

    I am extremely pleased by the excellent service I received on 3/11/21. Ken Clements was listened to my concerns and responded with patience, kindness and respect. He provided a car for my convenience that day and made sure everything was working well before I left the dealership. He has gone well beyond expectations to help me and he is very much appreciated.

    My wife and I don’t have the best credit, most places were shooing us away even though we didn’t have credit. Came to look at a specific vehicle didn’t like it very much, Kevin Gleason was super helpful in showing us what else they had in our price range and we ended up buying a 2012 Nissan Maxima

  • Squeeky motor

    After noticing loud squeeking coming from the front of the engine, I took my 2013 Legacy in early the next morning to AutoNation Subaru West without an appointment. They evaluated and fixed the problem that morning. They also identified and replaced burned out bulbs. I bought this car new at AutoNation Subaru West and have always taken it in for routine maintenance and for other problems. I have always been very satisfied with the service.

    The Subaru Rear Vehicle Detection had stopped working. Additionally, some wiring near the front of the vehicle had been chewed. Both issues were corrected in a short amount of time.

  • Bad General Management

    Auto Nation Subaru Golden, Colorado General Manager= Brian Murphy In 2020 I was involved with 4 transactions at Auto Nation. 3 where new car purchases and 3 of the 4 where at Brian Murphys location. 2 were for my sons and one was for a 30 year friend. My experience would indicate that Brian Murphy is not a man of his word. He exemplifies everything bad that you hear about unethical, low integrity auto sales people from the old days. Most sales people today are just trying to make a living and “DO THE RIGHT THING”. Not Brian Murphy. Brian Murphy has owed me what is a small amount of money since Aug.31,2020. Most people let it go but he promised me that and it is the principal. His location has now taken my drivers license and personal info. twice to facilitate this. He refuses to “DO THE RIGHT THING” as promised and send it to me. AutoNation Corporate help line is of no, zero help. No one ever returns the call, they do not care and there is no resolution there. I believe that most AutoNations are trying to “DO THE RIGHT THING” however I would be hesitant to trust and expect that Brian Murphy at this location will do as he has promised. You can buy a Subaru or any vehicle anywhere. Just do not purchase it at this location while he is in charge.

    Wow! These guys at AutoNation Subaru West go above and beyond! Stopped in for scheduled oil change and mentioned a few needed repairs and they took the time to make it happen! I am sure they were booked with business beyond my routine oil change but they never allowed me to feel like i had been a bother. They just made it happen...with a smile!

    terrible customer service - called 6 times before a person actually answered the phone! did not fix the issue with car. Tried to charge me for oil change i had prepaid when purchasing car. "found" questionable issues

    Went in to replace my windshield wiper. Purchased the wiper then went to the service dept to have someone install. The guy who installed realized my car was within warranty and issued me a refund and replaced all of my wiper blades!

    The staff was courteous and the place was clean . However it seem as they were to busy to really listen to our concerns about the problem with our car. It was like they wanted to sell other items such as battery and recalls more than fixing the problem, which I think still exist.

  • Disappointing Subaru Sales Person

    This was the fifth Subaru purchased by our family and the sales person -- Sarah --couldn't have been more disappointing. When I first spoke with Sarah, I thought - - great -- a woman sales person and tried to stick with her for that reason. My mistake! Sarah doesn't return phone calls or provide follow-up on questions or concerns as promised.. She also doesn't have much knowledge about Subaru autos (or their sales) and has to keep referring to others for help. Initially, Sarah advised that she would give me a $500 discount if I purchased a car through her; she then conveniently forgot to include that discount in the sales contract. As a long-time Subaru fan, it's too bad that a poor sales person can deflate the excitement of a new car purchase.

    Has a warning light, called the dealer and they had us drive directly to the dealership. The solved the faulty light issue and offered to complete a scheduled service since the car was already on the rack. Joe the service rep was excellent. Really friendly, efficient and competent service
