I spoke with Don and let him know my budget and preferences prior to my appointment. He reviewed the inventory and had several cars meeting my criteria for me to test drive. This narrowed my search down and saved me search the inventory. He shared each car’s features and was very knowledgeable about the cars and dovetailed it with my needs. I have never seen such clean used cars before, they looked new. The financial member, Jillian, was clear and easy to understand. She processed all papers quickly and answered any further questions I had.
