    Had my car towed in Wed,9/8/23 night with a broken radiator. Steve Johnson called the next morning and told me what was going on. Called back later to tell me it would be done the next day. Was called in the a.m of Friday, 9/8 and told car was ready for pickup. Also ended up with new tires. The experience was great and much quicker than expected. Have been dealing with Steve for years and am always amazed at the speed he gets me in and out. Also had an oil change done.

    I brought my Jeep in for a scheduled oil change. When I arrived, I was helped promptly. I received a text advising that the Jeep was ready for pickup much sooner than I had expected. When I picked it up, I was advised about possible other service needs that were not urgent but needed to be monitored. The experience was very good and I will be using them again.

    What a great experience I recently had with Danielle at Autonation in Golden. I arrived at my scheduled time and drove in and was immediately met by Danielle. Communication was great and the service was timely. I purchased a full service contract when I bought the car and was pretty nervous about how this was going to work out. So far, it has been tremendous. Easiest way to keep your car properly maintained. I'll definitely get this service contract again without question.

  • Typical Car Dealer Crap You Never want to Deal with!!!!!!!!!!

    The service department cleared codes on the car and sold it knowing it hadn't been serviced for close to 15,000 miles. Shameful. Cost me an additional 1k at a reputable service shop. I tried calling multiple times and they wouldn't return my calls. DO NOT GO HERE! Saleswoman fed me a B.S. line about their "reputation" - if I could give lower than 1 star I would. You have so many options when buying a car...trust me this place will scam you if they can.

  • Terrifying

    My $50,000 vehicle has been un-drivable since February of this year (5 months) I have an electrical issue whereby the vehicle will occasionally start with all the dash lights on, including the check engine light. Part of the issue is that the vehicle turns on the service shifter this means that I cannot shift out of P. So I am effectively stuck wherever this happens and could potentially need a tow. The dealership is 4-5 weeks out in appointments. Each time I bring it in, they are unable to replicate the issue. This is fairly understandable in most cases, but it becomes suspicious when It takes me 6 starts on the day I bring the vehicle in and they have it for 2 weeks "unable to replicate" then the issue magically resurfaces the day I get it back. At one point the recommendation was to replace the windshield which had a crack in It. I did take their advice on that and of course that was likely just a sales play. This is the second major issue I've had with the vehicle. The first issue I had was the exact same experience with how incompetent they were. I literally had to get on the phone with the tech and tell him what the TSB number was for that issue before he figured it out. Months later the issue became the Track Bar Weld Recall. I filed a complaint with Stellantis and have been sharing all of my correspondence with them. I've been to other dealerships while on road trips and it is a completely different experience. There is a terrifying operation at AutoNation Golden,CO.
