    Worked with Matt Hecker to purchase a new Subaru Impreza. He was great to work with, helped my get the car much fast than originally thought which was a pleasant surprise. Made the whole experience easy and responded quickly when I had any questions after leaving the dealership. Very happy with my new Impreza - thanks Matt!!

    Great sales experience. This was the first time that I have ever bought a new car and the staff was great. Never felt pressured or rushed. My Sales Associate, Matt Soto was patient and helpful explaining all the features and details of my car. I really enjoyed Dellenbach's addition to Subaru's tree planting promotion. The local tree planting made the experience feel more personal. It is always nice to see a local business take the initiative to give back to the community.

    I recently purchased a Subabru Forester from Dellenbach and could not be happier with my experience! I worked with Eric Wendt for over a year trying to find the perfect vehicle. First I was looking at trucks, test drove 5 of them I think, then changed my mind to a mid-size SUV. Drove a couple of these and then I deicded on my Forester for the great fuel economy and safety ratings. In the midst of ordering my Subaru we purchased a house which, as we all know, means I couldn't do anything with my credit until everything was final. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all PATIENT through all of my crazy! He made sure my Forester was ready the second I was with all my chosen "bells and whistles". I will not hesitate to revisit Dellenbach for all my future purchases. If you are in need of any vehicle, in any condition, Eric Wendt should be your first choice!

    Buying our new Impreza Sport Premium was a lot smoother and less stressful than we had expected. Communication was the key; from Matt H. in the showroom to Lindsey via email, getting answers to our questions was a snap and made the entire process very streamlined. We will not hesitate to buy from Dellenbach again in the future.

    I was initially in touch with an internet sales rep. She was prompt in responding to my questions and gave me status updates on my order but after I bought the car she wouldn't get answer some of my service queries. It may be because she is in the sales department but the least she could have done was forward my emails to them and notify me. The salesman is smart and friendly. He gives good test drives and is knowledgeable about Subarus but does not have good knowledge about the technology options. The dealership office is clean and spacious. I got a good price on the car.

    The purchasing experience was exactly what I was after: researched online for a few months; connected with internet sales and received a quote; transferred to the sales floor; 24-hour test drive; straight-forward negotiation; paperwork made easy; sold. They were a really good bunch of folks to work with. They accommodated my requests for test drives and quotes specific to various trim levels w/ options. Throughout the process, they never tried to "sell" me on a particular trim or option. Of course, I benefited by having a pretty good idea for what I was after and wasn't in a particular rush to make a purchase, but I have to say that John and Kevin gave me all the room I needed to make a decision. It's something I really appreciate: zero pushiness on the dealer's part. Perhaps they recognize that empowering the purchaser allows for a smoother transaction. They made an offer, I countered, they came back with another. Deal. No need to play hardball and spoil an excellent purchasing experience. In a transaction what matters is that you walk away feeling like you got a square deal. Here, that's how I felt when I drove off the lot.
