The best car buying experience I've ever had...and it's not even close! Trevor and Jade were amazing. Super fair pricing, extremely fast transaction & incredible customer service!

    Great experience. If you are waiting, very nice area with coffee, water, and vending, plus sofas / chairs / TV. The vehicle was finished on time and without surprises.

    Though it was frustrating having my 2015 Cruze towed into the dealership after leaving me stranded, Bob was absolutely wonderful making sure I had a vehicle to use and keeping me posted on the repair process. When I picked up the car, the key was not functioning as it had, and noticed the next day (in the light) that there was a crack in the outside casing. A new key was ordered and was told it should be in this week.

    I was able to get in very quickly and I had mentioned possibly getting new tires and I was giving more information on that without being hassled about buying them right then. I will definitely be back for more service.

    Very professional, polite, and fast. Offered a shuttle which was definitely needed. Very detailed to what was done to my car so I could better understand.

    Jason Breeze and his team were very kind and service oriented and took care of all our needs. Although the car took 1 1/2 months to get done, the final product was worth the wait. Thanks for everything you all did for us!

    BEYOND OUTSTANDING. On a scale of 1 to 10 the service was a 20!!! We had a major safety recall and Demetrius handled it great. He worked with Henry and got us a loaner for the 2 1/2 months it took to get the car fixed. Also he keep on top of tracking the recall status and keeping us informed. Lori also worked great in tracking our repurchase status. The whole service (Demetrius & Lori) and sales (Henry) were way beyond what I would expect. This was a 3 1/2 month tough process of getting the recall fixed and Chevrolet approving the repurchase. I could not be a happier customer, will be purchasing another car soon and am telling everyone I know how great John Elway Chevy is.

    Beyond Outstanding. I purchased a 2014 Traverse in 2013 It had a recall issue and they did a great job in giving me a loaner for 2 1/2 months until GM got a fix. In addition they gave outstanding support in processing a repurchase request and getting me into a new Traverse. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 20!

    John Stanerson performed beyond expectations, on all accounts including having my new car ready for pick up when he said he would without having to call ahead and confirm. Told him I'd be there Tuesday as I was dropping off my Camaro for service work and would drive the new vehicle home. Whole transaction was organized and pleasant. Thank you.

    Last time I brought my car in they fixed the steering column from the recall. They did a great job and in a timely manor. They missed a switch and and my blinker did not shut off automatically. Not a big deal to me though. This time I came in for an oil change and they got me all fixed up and new. I love this place!

    justin and scott were real easy to work with. i felt totally comfortable with the deal they offered me. karina was able to get me killer financing! chris v was genuinely interested in my ipod problem. (still waiting for a fix) thanks to all!

    I had my vehicle inspected for a personal/business deal by another party. They had found a front axle seal was starting to leak. It came time for my service to be done. I told service writer about the axle seal. Ten minutes after dropping off, the service writer came to me, and said they had found the leak, bad seal. Asked if I could wait an hour. No problem for me to wait just an hour to get a full service, oil, and filter, rotate and balance tires, along with inspection of vehicle plus get the axle seal replaced. I'm more than satisfied with the service I received for my Silverado Pickup. I bought this truck as a Certified Pre Owned. I'm totally loving my truck, and the service I receive. Thanks for the great service.

    I had 2 recalls done on my Cruze. It was done very timely and a free oil change was added. That saved me some $ and some time which I am very grateful for as certainly I did not expect that.Above and beyond what I expected. Thank you !!!

    Brian is very personable, straight and to the point, and tells you what you need to have done. He makes you feel like you are important to him.

    I've purchased new vehicles before and this was by far the least stressful purchase I have experienced. The salespeople were very courteous. The vehicle was delivered on time and we closed on the deal the day it was planned.

    I appreciated being able to strike a deal with just a few emails and telephone calls. When I came in there was no back-tracking or up-selling, just signed the paperwork and drove away in my new car. Best new-car buying experience ever.

    I went in for a oil change and a recall I told Bob the Service Writer that I needed to wait. He said it would be at least two hours but he would see what he could do. The car was ready in about half that amount of time. Thanks for making my whole day better. Jim

    All the staffs were really nice and friendly. The General Manager was also kind and share us the good way to pay the car bill. Would definitely recommend this place with others. Thank you so much for giving us a good deal on the Tahoe!! We love it...!!!!

    I ordered a vehicle and was kept updated start to finish. Nate really worked with me, and made sure I drove away with my new truck the day it came in. Even though we had financing in place that was a great deal your team was able to beat it. Thanks for a great experience!
