    The only Toyota dealership that will sell at MSRP. Granted I had to wait 10 months, but that seems to be right on par with all other dealerships.

    We've done three deals through Groove Toyota (one when it was the old Burt dealership). All have been very smooth. No pricing games and fast fast business closing/paperwork, and final car delivery/presentation. For my last car, I was in and out in 90 mins from test drive to negotiation to delivery and exit. Can't beat that.

    We had an excellent experience at Grove Toyota. Our salesman was Kyle H. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Similarly the finance staff was also outstanding. Car buying is never totally pleasant but this was as seamless as it could be. Do your homework on the internet so you know what you want.

    I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Groove Toyota. I got a fair value for my trade in and a great price on the car I purchased. I would recommend Groove Toyota on Broadway to all my friends and family.

    Did not plan to buy a car today, but in the next few months. Salesman, Mark L, was courteous, friendly and helpful. Negotiations were easy and seemed fair based on Edmunds TMV and used estimate on the trade. Spent 90 minutes to peruse inventory and test drive, then returned with trade to negotiate the deal. Paper work was tedious, but standard. I would recommend them, but as with any purchase of this magnitude, come prepared.

    Bought a vehicle from this place a few weeks ago, since we purchased the vehicle, we can't get a hold of anyone. I emailed the finance guy with a question we had, he never responded. We called several times and were transferred to voicemail 5 times, even after requesting to be transferred to a live person. When we finally did get a hold of someone regarding a question we had, he was rude and did not seem concerned because he was not working with us on the sale. We did not get a response until we drove 45 minutes back down to the location and showed up in person. I've emailed the regional manager, with no response. I expect more from a regional manager. The vehicle was supposedly detailed TWICE and still had soda pop, dirt on the console & dog hair all over the back seats, so bad that we had to get it professionally cleaned ourselves! Not cool. I feel like it was blue skies and fluffy clouds until you sign the paperwork. Once you sign the paperwork, you're just a worthless annoying customer. After being lied to, ignored, and mistreated, I'll never shop here again. We would've returned the car and eaten the $400 restocking fee if it wasnt the best choice out of the 5 in Colorado. Bad bad business ethics.
