Purchased a certified preowned X3 today. It was a great experience, not stressful. Sales and finance were wonderful.

    I've always used Murray Motors for service with all of my BMW cars. Recently I purchased a BMW from a Landrover dealer but of course they weren't well versed in my model or year. I called Murray Motors and they had a wonderful girl named Mariah help me. She was able to help me over the phone to get my Bluetooth hooked up. She even went so far as to have me come to the dealer so she could go through the product delivery of my car. Even though it was a ore owned vehicle and I didn't purchase from Murray they were more than happy to, and very capable of acquainting me with MY new vehicle. Thank you Mariah and Murray motors. Great job!

    Overall great experience buying a car, and way better than Schomp. Schomp hadsigns saying one person/one hour/one price, but it was 90 minutes and 5 people to even test drive and then the "one price" was comical. Eddie was my initial CA and was great, low pressure. Went on a month vacation and handed me to Arsen. We did all negotiation by email (which I highly suggest) and I got a very fair price, especially for the Denver market. Finance went very smooth and no one tried to upsell anything (other than presenting what they offer). Genius appointment with Donna Holmgren was great. She explained things I had no idea where there, and genuinely seemed in love with BMWs and my car.

    I just bought my second BMW from Murray and they always treat me right, from the start of the sales process, no high pressure, just a professional way to sell a BMW. Murray had exactly what I wanted in stock and got a good deal on the vehicle along with a fair price on my trade. The entire process from start to finish is always flawless. After the sale there is a program called BMW Encore. With this being my second BMW from Murray and third overall, I was familiar with most of the features. Donna Holmgren was very helpful in showing me features I did not know about. I will be beck next year to buy my wife a new BMW. Thanks again!

    From the initial e-sales contact to the sales and finance process, my experience at Murray BMW was professional, simple and enjoyable. Perhaps the most notable component of the experience was the subsequent follow up by Mariah Hittle, the BMW Genius at Murray. She took her time and was very thorough in covering and explaining the features and technology that my 328 includes. I will most certainly look to this dealership for my future purchases.

    From beginning to end and continuing my purchase of a new BMW from Murray Motors in Denver was a very easy hasel free experience. The sales advisor Mark Sanders was knowledgeable, efficient and a real gentleman. Jason Harrison , the finance manager, also was also very helpful in guiding me through the closing process. After delivery of my new BMW I was introduced to one of the BMW Genius's Donna Holgrem. She sat next to me in the car and explained all of the many features and options. She is like a living operators manual and pointed out many short cuts and convenient ways to do things. In my second session with Donna I was able to fully understand the many features and electronic modes. She did a wonderful job and helped me a great deal.. A great team,. I highly recommend Murray motors to any one looking to buy a new BMW.

    The purchasing experience at Murray BMW was straight forward and done on my terms. I would purchase from them again. After the purchase I was assigned a BMW Genius, Mariah Hittle, that explained all of the cars features and electronics. I found this to be very helpful in learning all the car was capable of. I had never had that experience at a dealership before and it was very enjoyable and informative.

    Big kudos to Jon Lou, my sales representative, and Mariah Hittle, my BMW Genius for making my experience purchasing a pre-owned car at Murray truly exceptional. Car buying for me has always been a stressful experience, but Jon made it easy and enjoyable with a low pressure, information-based presentation of the vehicles I was considering. Mariah took it from there and in a non-techy way patiently helped me understand all the technology my car offered. I would highly recommend this dealership, and these 2 representatives in particular, to anyone considering a BMW purchase.

    I bought a certified pre-owned X3 and just before I drove it away I spent about 40 very productive minutes with BMW Genius Mariah Hittle. She helped me to understand and de-mystify the electronic controls of my new addition which really added great value to me. I understand this is standard procedure for Murray Motors, but what might not be standard is that I called Mariah a few weeks later and asked if she might give me a quick refresher course, She did, and I feel even better about my car and my experience with Murray!

    I scheduled my appointment after I had driven the car for a few days and had just a few questions. But Mariah Hittle did so much more. She gave me so many useful tips for using the car's technology and functionality. I am a very busy person, and this was time well spent.

    Mariah Hittle is definitely a BMW Genius. We bought a 535 xi from Murray BMW and Mariah showed us everything we would possibly need to know. She is very friendly and super patient. It is nice to have someone whose sole job is to show you how to use all the many features of your new car. Excellent experience.

    I recently purchased a BMW 528i and was pleasantly surprised with the process (and price). From the moment I arrived, Nate, the sales rep was there to greet me and hours later I was driving away with my new car. I made and appointment with Donna ( the geniius rep) who was outstanding. She walk me through all the features of the car and answered every question I had. I even called her weeks later with follow-up questions and she promptly called me back and answered my questions thanks to all for a great experience!

    This store is what you’d want and would expect from a BWM dealership: great service, inventory and a quick process when ready to purchase. I worked with Siesho who took care of everything. Also, I highly recommend taking the Genius appointment where you learn how to use all the fancy car features. I’m not bad with technology but this appointment showed me all the features I didn’t even know existed. I highly recommend working with Genius Donna. She’s super great and knowledgeable. She walked me through everything and helped program my car just for me. Thanks, Donna!

    I recently bought a BMW X3. I have been enjoying driving it since then. A week after I bought it, I scheduled a time to fully understand the features and Mariah Hittle explained me the features of it as she is one of the BMW Geniuses. Mariah is as amazing as BMW. Her knowledge about the product and features are amazing. She is one of best service providers I have ever met. Great job Mariah, keep it up.

    When purchasing our new car, Murray Motors proved to be an exceptional choice. Our sale was completed with due diligence, although Sonic Automotive should adopt a more friendly and streamlined purchasing policy. For example, Mercedes Benz of Littleton Schomp BMW can get me out the door in under a hour but Murray Motors cannot. That is not on the sales person but rather the beuracratic overhead of the co glimmer ate dealer. Lesson learned for local dealers who sell out to the big companies. Otherwise we had a perfect experience, and exceptional follow up with the BMW genius Mariah Hittle. She was more than Inormative with the vehicle's features, offering in depth and valuable knowledge about features previously unknown, as well as having a beyond enthusiastic charisma.

    Just bought a great car with way more gadgets than I could ever figure out. Dealer sets you up with a "Genius" who shows you (one on one) how to work all the technical stuff. It's fabulous, and Donna was great! She patiently explained everything to me and answered all my teenager's questions, since the teenager is going to have to fix whatever I can't remember to do. We both loved Donna and really appreciated her time and patience. Can't imagine ever buying a new car without Donna.

    Recently purchased a 2015 328 and so far the services have been outstanding (transaction, communication, follow up, responsiveness). They provide a sit down follow up meeting with a BMW genius who was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with (Donna H) and able to explain operational items in a very clear and concise manner.

    I loved Conner, Dustin and Teddy in sales and spent a little over a half hour with Jason in the finance office. I was very impressed with the selection of cars and I purchased a 2015 320xdrive with everything I wanted. These people are the best in the business.
