    Purchased M sport car site unseen over the phone and Evan at BMW Downtown Denver and his team delivered big time. I flew in from Seattle and the entire process was so easy as they had everything ready to go including a full tank of fuel and inside delivery bay. I highly recommend these guys!

  • Undisclosed hail damage

    The BMW of Denver website did not indicate the vehicle had repaired hail damage, the car's sticker did not indicate the vehicle had repaired hail damage, the sales person did not indicate the vehicle had repaired hail damage. ONLY DURING SALE PAPERWORK PROCESS did I discover the vehicle had repaired hail damage. Disclosure docs to sign. TERRIBLE AND DECEPTIVE.

    Salesperson was knowledgeable, easy going, and communicative throughout the process. Delivery day was easy, efficient, and relatively quick without high pressure sales tactics to buy add-on services and products. Will definitely no business here again!

    Mahdi was a great salesperson to work with through the purchasing experience. He presented the car well and answered all my questions. Amin in finance set me up with a beneficial warranty. Lastly, I appreciated that the dealer stuck to the MSRP and didn't try to load the sales with extra or hidden fees, everything was above board.

  • Overall decent with a few disappointments

    The deal was easy to transact while I was out of town. The sales team was responsive and respectful. The down side is through text I was quoted certain loan terms by sales but when in with finance those terms were inaccurate. Over the life of the loan it would cost $700+ and a discount wasn’t offered for the error the salesman made. Also when my car was delivered, only one key was provided which was never disclosed that only one was available so that will be $500 to replace. These small hidden issues were brushed off but when added together they have a cost to the customer. Pretty disappointing for a returning customer.

    Nate Sheridan my sales associate was fantastic from beginning to the end of the car buying experience. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. The honesty and transparency of the transaction is what you are looking for when buying world class vehicles. Nate truly is the gold standard when it comes to tier 1 sales associates. I can’t forget the finance manager who again was extremely professional and went out of his way to ensure we understood our options, but also what was best for my wife and I. From reception to delivery, it was a true 5 star experience. I highly recommend shopping for your next vehicle here!

  • Not Customer Centric. Lacks Transparency, Signs of Unethical.

    Prior to contacting BMW of Denver, I had read the reviews of this dealership on another platform. I decided to give them an opportunity. Sure enough it ended up a poor experience like many others. I contacted them about a 2017 C43 AMG with 90K miles. Straightway Mr. Goldmon was aggressive. He sent me their out of state requirements via email. He asked if I had planned a trip some 30 minutes after sending photos and deposit requirements. Absurd. When I stated that there was no inspection or reconditioning report he said well we just got it in and that it appears in excellent condition. A dubious claim. I expressed all of the components that could fail at this mileage. It was ignored. Fast forward 1 week later. He contacts me again. He stated that any car can be purchased while going thru recon. I said let's wait for the recon to be be finished. I grew suspicious. I've been buying cars for 20 years and never heard of such a thing. Why would you do that? This morning January 6th he tells me they sold the car last night when he contacted me 3:35 local time on Friday. The he has the gall to ask if I'm interested in other cars. I told him what I thought of the management. I won't repeat that here. It's clear they had no intention of inspecting the car or reconditioning it. Bottomline: This dealer only cares about the bottomline and world class service is not chief among them.

It is not uncommon for our vehicles to sell before clearing shop, as many customers want to snatch the best deal as fast as possible. (As the car you inquired upon had MANY different clients interested.) While we do not require clients to purchase with urgency, we also do not prevent clients from purchasing prior to completion of recon either. He is very knowledgeable and provided great advice in selecting the options for custom ordering my new X5 xDrive50e. Matt Heylmun is an asset to the dealership!

    Great experience buying at BMW of Denver Downtown. The sales and finance staff were all professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. Matt, my sales expert, was friendly, efficient, and I'd buy from him again without a doubt. This was the absolute best sales experience I've had purchasing a car and I've bought from everywhere. I would absolutely recommend BMW of Denver Downtown and make sure to ask for Matt Heylmun!

  • BMW of Downtown Denver Always Provides Excellent Service!!

    After relocating back to my hometown of Denver, I've been servicing my BMWs here for about the last 3 years now. Service and assistance provided by Brandon Fenning, J. Wolfe and most recently Connor MacDonald, has all been exemplary and worthy of a 5 star rating every single time I've been in with one of my vehicles. It is their demeanor and service etiquette that led to my loyalty and desire to purchase my most recent BMW, bought today specifically from this dealership. I truly appreciate the treasured relationship I have with the service department here and I must say, this is definitely a first, even though I did receive great service at my previous dealership in NC. However, BMW of Downtown Denver is consistently by far the best service and best relationship I've ever had with a dealership and it is greatly appreciated!

  • NEVER EVER do business here

    Never ever do business with them. You will be bombarded with emails no matter how you opt out. They store your personal information insecurely, and you can walk by monitors in the dealership and see other's information. They are horrible.

    I stopped in today for a 1-year service on my X7, and was greeted by overly helpful staff (not a bad thing); check-in went fast. While strolling through the showroom, and drooling over the black 760, I met Mr. Matt Heylmun (client advisor). Matt brought me up to speed on this vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed with his professional knowledge and deminer. And, he is definitely not pushy, which is a good attribute to have. Summing things up….     Best sales experience I have ever had. Matt Heylmun is hands down the best salesman I have ever worked with during any car purchase I have ever made. He is extremely honest and any BMW dealership should be proud to have him on their sales team. Kourosh, was a pleasure to work with and helped us through all the paperwork with our purchase.
