The salesperson Behrooz saw me during a very busy day and pointed me in the direction of some cars to consider. He made me feel seen and important to him even if I wasn’t a for… sure sale. After visiting other dealerships I contacted him again to narrow down and ultimately purchase a car and the service was excellent. His enthusiasm for BMWs and his customer service would bring me back to this dealership again and again.The “ultimate driving experience”!

Compared to most of my buying or leasing experiences I would give it a solid Four Star rating. The reason my rating wasn't higher… is that my previous couple of leases, with one of their competitors, were significantly better and saved me a lot of time.Thank you for the wonderful review! 2022 Lexus RX350

This clean 1 owner with low miles came available and we knew it was the one we wanted. Demitri was our sales associate, and… we could not have had a more pleasurable experience. He held the vehicle for a day as we checked out a couple other vehicles in the area. it was a no pressure environment. Go Ahead and Pull the Trigger

There was a recall that called for parts to be installed in a less-than-timely manner, but Givi made sure to expedite things a bit, which made my life so… much easier since my mom and I had just moved to Colorado and established ourselves from scratch. Also, an honorable mention goes out to Aheem (hope I'm spelling that right!) in the Finance department - he made the purchase worthwhile as well. Currently in limbo?
