    After an unfortunate situation arose with my newly purchased vehicle, we have been working the GM to find a mutually agreeable solution to fix our problem. I am hopeful that we will have things worked out soon.

  • Dishonest and shady!

    This AutoNation dealership is run by [non-permissible content removed] I was sold a car that was broken, and they knew it. I have proof. They cleared all the OD codes, then installed a code bypass in the vehicle. After owning the car for a week (3 days after the "good faith" warranty, the car blew its gasket. The Phil, the GM, gave me a load of bull for month, before telling me e the car was no good. Then he acts like he's going to me make it right. I choose another car, and find out he's only going to give me half the money I already paid towards another car. The AutoNation folks are [non-permissible content removed]. Stay away!!!
    • I am currently speaking with the GM in hopes to make this right. I have hopes that we can come to a mutually beneficial solution.

    My whole experience was great. Everybody we worked with was great. Jon Parker, Jeremy Meredith, I can't say enough great things about both of them. Jon was so professional and accommodating and kept everypromise he made over the phone. Jeremy was so knowledgeable about my new car and the test drive he took us on was great, I got to use every drive mode. Jonny in finance made closing the deal very easy. I just can't say enough about this team. Jeremy has followed up with me 3 times now, I have had my car for 1 week now.

  • Terrible Dealership

    We normally use Auto Nation when buying a vehicle but Auto Nation Acura in Colorado Springs is terrible. They were upset that we wanted to use our bank to finance the vehicle through and made us wait over 2 hours while they were "shopping" rates when we told them who to go through because we already were preapproved. The general manager of the store had no idea what he was doing and the finance guy was horrible! They screwed us out on money just so they could put more money in their pockets! We will NEVER go back and have nothing nice to say about this dealership!
  • Lack of communication

    I took my car in due to a check transmission light. It was determined that a part needed to be replaced under warranty. While this was accomplished, and at no charge, there was a lack of communication throughout the process, and it was a MONTH before I got my car back. They did give me a loaner, but there was no excuse for the communication issues. First of all I scheduled an appointment when the light came on - Todd requested that I wait until the following week to bring it in so that they would have a loaner available. When I arrived Todd was not there yet and the gentleman checking my car in said there was nothing indicating that I needed a loaner - fortunately there was a car available. I waited until the next day and when I had heard nothing I called. Todd stated that he had been unable to reach me because "both" numbers he had were answered by that same someone saying I had retired. Admittedly I had retired, but one of my numbers was my cell phone, which he did not call. I was told that the dealership needed info from Acura on replacing the parts under warranty so that the repair would be about two weeks. I heard nothing in two weeks, and after leaving several voice mails finally heard back from Todd, again stating that the needed info from Acura. The following week I got a phone call stating that my car would be ready the next week. On Thursday of that next week I called again and another person helped me out, after first asking me what portion of the repair I would be paying for - the answer is NONE. - apparently a $900 diagnostic fee was on my bill! I finally got my car back after a month and the service manager asked what he could do to fix my experience. I told him that at this point I just wanted my car and that there was no way to fix the lack of communication during my service experience.

  • A memorable first-time car-buying experience!

    Bought a Toyota RAV4 with these guys a few weeks ago! They were extremely helpful since I was a first-time car buyer. I drove in with a beat up Kia Rio from Pueblo and the team made sure I was able to leave with the exact car I wanted. I’d love to thank Danny O. for walking me through everything as this was my very first time ever going to a dealership! His knowledge and reassurance has definitely helped me during this very new experience and I felt very lucky to have him as my dealer! The manager and finance dep. was also extremely helpful in helping me find a better rate so I could purchase an older model with an affordable monthly payment; especially since it was my first time purchasing at a dealerhsip! I really appreciated how much everyone cared that I make it home in a safe and working car. I felt extremely taken care of and I’m really excited to be driving the car I’ve always wanted! I will definitely be recommending this place to those who want a safe and amicable car-buying experience! Thank you AutoNation Acura Colorado Springs!

    Excellent service from Tony my service advisor. He took the time to answer all of my questions and make suggestions on service I needed but was unaware of. I feel like I got really excellent treatment. Then the service went quickly as I waited on my vehicle. And the lounge for customers was very comfortable with all sorts of coffee options. All in all, a really good day and experience.

    Me and the wife went to look at a ford edge they had. Salesman kevin greeted us when we walked in. We told him about the car we came to look at so he went and got it for us. Took us for a test drive loved the car kevin wasnt pushy he was there to get us in the car we wanted. Ended up buying the car great experience hands down would recommend autonation to anyone.

    Tony Hanes totally took care of my Acura needs. My engine light came on and my car began to stutter heading home late in the afternoon. I pulled over immediately. Then called Acura. Tony assured me they could wait for me to get there or send a tow truck if I preferred. I chose to gingerly make my way to Acura. They have serviced my car for my 9 years of ownership. I made it. Tony made the transaction easy and I was able to get home with a loaner. Tony kept me posted every step of the way, even calling my insurance to see if they covered any part of the problem. The whole experience was filled with ease. Thank you!
