They listened to my description of the problem, helped me think through possible courses of action, proceeded through a… logical diagnostic/repair process and solved the problem. Their process allowed them to fix the problem and saved me $270 on a part. What i really appreciate is that they didn't just start throwing parts and labor at the problem. by LaurenM on 03/30/2025Went in to test drive some cars, and Uzi had quickly assessed and gotten us a test drive. The place was insanely busy with all the customers due to the tariff announcement. He was spread very thin, literally running everywhere, and helping… multiple families at a time. He went out of his way to ensure the car I liked didn't get taken by another customer and I ended up buying it. He was great. We did have to wait a very long time, almost 7 hours to get everything completed, so they need more staff for the finance area, and more to help with showing the cars.Hello, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. Keisler Lugo, my service advisor, and a trainee, quickly reviewed my vehicle online and determined a 10k mile service was indicated. Oil change, tire rotation, and inspection was performed. When my… vehicle was ready, I returned to the service bay, was greeted by name by my advisor and his trainee, and they reviewed my service. They also provided a complimentary car wash! The representative, Alex, was fantastic at explaining what needed to be done and provided a clear breakdown of potential costs in case a… replacement was necessary. Fortunately, my battery was in good condition, so I wasn’t charged for any work. What really stood out was Alex’s communication—he kept me informed every step of the way and even called me when I missed his text to let me know the car was ready for pick-up.
