    Danil Sergeyev made my dreams come true! Finally have a new reliable car and he made it all possible. Danil went the extra mile to find the perfect car that was going to work with my budget and match my lifestyle. I have a hard time understanding all that goes into buying a car and he explained everything to me in a way I could better understand.   • Great Car, Horrible Experience

    I can't just blame AutoNation for a horrible car buying experience. I went to 2 other dealers and also had issues. The biggest problems I had were them telling me I agreed to a final price that I was never given, being treated very poorly when I was trying to remove some warranties, and being incredibly low-balled on my trade in. I was given this run around that the sales rep I was working with was just fired, but somehow that became my fault. I got the vehicle I wanted, but felt taken advantage of and disrepected.

    Brought in my Supra for an oil change in July. When the service was finished, my tires were 8 PSI too low and my dashboard was not re-set e.g, it was still telling me service was due in July 2023. Had a coolant leak issue come up with the car and brought it in for a second time. I asked to have the cap replaced, coolant flushed and replaced, fix the dashboard since they didn’t do it last time, and check on my leaking tire. I was assured the Supra tech would do all of this. They did not set my dashboard to fix their mistake from my oil change visit, they did not flush out my coolant (I had put in the wrong coolant just to make it to the dealership), they did not replace my coolant reservoir cap (which is where the leak was), they did not check on my leaking tire. They replaced the gasket on the coolant cap and sent me away. As of today, the coolant is still leaking from the cap. My car is under warranty, and they decided there was no issue with the car. I guess cars are supposed to leak coolant, and leak air from the tires, and they’re supposed to be overdue on service on the dashboard even though the service was done. I will be taking my business to a BMW dealership for my coolant issue, and I will be looking for a new Toyota dealership for future oil changes and general service. I can’t even be sure my oil change was done correctly the first time.

    This is my second time buying a car with this dealership. I was really happy with my first car but unfortunately the second car I bought from them we noticed that no mechanical repairs was done in the car, so the car is making noises. I doubt this car was revised as they say it. Only a week driving the car and I am already seeing issues.

    Service was good. My only issue was I was told our Highlander was a former rental car, when we were not advised that at purchase time. We were advised it only had one owner. Toyota needs to be more truthful here.

  • Poor communication

    My original advisor had to step out for a personal emergency so someone else called me to talk to me about the inspection results an hour after I got a text. I was told the work would be done between 3-4. No one called me to tell me it was done. I had to call 3 times to get ahold of anyone to be told my vehicle was already ready.

  • "Express Oil Change"

    I called ahead of time to confirm the service department had an express oil change service. I was assured they did and made an appointment. The oil change took two hours! I do not know of anyone who would consider that to be an express process. The service writer was totally unapologetic when I voiced my concern.

    Jason Ledbetter is my service advisor every time I come in and is absolutely amazing each time. This particular time I took my grandmother's car in for the timing belt and there were other things they found needing work too. Jason was very communicative, patient, honest and kind to me. He took time on the phone with me explaining what was wrong and suggestions. He took extra time out of his day waiting for me to get my grandmother's decision on what to do. He gave me his honest and professional opinion on what is priority to fix and what can actually wait. I really appreciate his hard work every single time I come in and this particular time just reassured me I have a good service advisor.

    Pre-Covid service and salesfloor customer attention was Much better. You were always greeted as soon as you walked into the service area or showroom, when your service was completed your freshly wash car was dropped for you at the door. I dropped my car off the afternoon before my scheduled appointment. Several people were waiting in line. The rep at the 1st station pulled up paperwork for the first person in line & proceeded to explain options, not speaking to anyone else. There were 5 other stations further into the service area with no lines but the service personnel at those ignored the line, saying not a word to any of us. After more than 10 minutes I told the man at the entrance station I was just checking in for an appt. for the next morning. He told me to walk down the line & see if someone could help me. That should have been suggested much sooner! There were 4 people waiting after me. I was notified when my car was completed. Star for service. But when I paid my bill, I was told my car was in the parking lot probably somewhere on the north side. Delete star. I decided to check to see if there was a Crown model on site to see. The receptionist told me she had not idea but I was welcome to browse the hundreds of new cars on the lot. I have purchased my last 2 cars from this dealership because they have been so helpful and their service department has done a great job. Maybe I need too rethink my next purchase.
