by Charcrts on 11/19/2023My experience has been awful broke down 15 hrs after purchase and 5 days later, tried to return 9 days later inoperable for 4 days but still under 250 miles the 250 mile unconditional return was denied, the manager offered to buy back at a… depreciated value..its been in their shop now for 6 days ..feeling ripped off Autonation please do the right thing, At this point I would not recommend autonation to anyone unless they make it right, I want to return this vehicle ..what do you say autonationHi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. New battery
by 2020 Corolla on 11/14/2023I had an appointment for a 40 month battery to be installed in my 2020 Toyota Corolla. After the battery was installed the technician told me you don't have a 40 month battery, but an 84 month battery was installed, which cost more money.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Although the battery installed was not the 40 month battery I was led to believe would be installed, I am pleased that I have an even better 84 month battery.

The only thing I would recommend is that the credit application and some of other… financial things be done upfront on the first day. 2023 Toy Cross 3k miles issue

Also was told by service adviser I will get a ride home, but later found out, (after waiting 2 hrs), from driver I… lived out of their service area. I had to get a ride from Uber to get home. I Can't Believe It!
by Goldenbear on 11/01/2023In August I brought my RAV4 Prime in for scheduled maintenance (invoice # 1780651). I was told by Nicole that I needed an alignment, so I asked how much it was. She said something like ~$149, and I said "that's too much--I can get it… done for $80 near my house, and then get a military discount on top of that!" She said that she could do it for $89, so I said OK. Fast forward to 31 Oct, when I had the car in for prepaid scheduled service: Imagine my surprise when the service writer told me that I need to have the wheels aligned! I said that they had just been aligned in August by AutoNation. He came back and said that they had NOT been aligned, but needed to be. I told him NO, and I was VERY disappointed in AutoNation! I took the car to Brakes Plus, and they did it for $69!Hi, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe.
