    I had to take my car in for a check engine light that came on. I worked with Ean and he was professional, honest, and timely. He told me he would have an update for me by noon that day, and he called me just before noon with an update. He also told me they should have my car finished the same day, and they did. I was pleased with the service and the advice from the staff to help avoid this particular issue in the future.

    Found a previously owned 2022 Mini Cooper S at Autonation Subaru. Worked with salesperson Mike to purchase the vehicle. He guided us through the Autonation process including financing and it could not have been easier. From the time we agreed to purchase the vehicle to when we drove out of the dealership was around 60 minutes. All dealerships should be this efficient. The price on the car was fair and it’s condition was outstanding. By far this is the easiest buying experience I have ever encountered and I have purchased many cars over the last 25 years. Great job!

    Extraordinary Experience!!!! Waleed was very helpful, attentive and listened to what I wanted done, a far cry from the experience I received from another Auto Nation Dealership. I brought my Subaru in for a repair that was caused by the other dealership along with some maintenance that needed to be done. Waleed kept me informed every step of the way on timing and when my car would be ready, came and got me when it was done , and walked me to my car. You cannot ask for much more! FIVE STARS!!!!!

    We took our 2019 Subaru Outback in for its 30K service. They did a good job with the service, even offered a loaner car when the service could not be completed in the time frame expected. Overall, I rate the staff as professional, courteous and this would have been a 5 star plus review, sans the $1200 cost of the service. My wife dropped off the car, and agreed to the estimate, so I did pay it when I picked the car up. I did review the invoice, and its largely oil "changes", transmission and engine, as well as some filter changes. Anyway, I did search google for "Subaru outback average cost for 30000 mile service" when I got home. Seems the range is about $300-$600, but do your own research. Personally, I am wary of this dealership now.

    I just purchased a 2019 Subaru Outback Limited from Ross, Alejandra and Dylan at AutoNation Subaru and it was a great experience. They were both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The whole buying experience was easy and fast. They took time to show me all the newer features and how they worked. They found me a car I love. I would highly recommend AutoNation Subaru and specifically Ross Rohde, Alejandra Jimenez and Dylan Vance.

    I’ll admit, waiting two months for my CrossTrek was the longest two months ever, BUT it was worth the wait and Lucas was 100% transparent about the timing from the day I ordered the car. It even showed up a couple days early, and I was in/out driving off in my new car in about 1.5hrs. It might’ve been 2 hours, but I was on cloud 9 thinking about my experience at AutoNation Arapahoe Subaru.

    Everything about this dealership is top notch! Matt their GM is just a great guy. I bought 2 cares from Lucas and sold another and he is an honest, great salesman. Austin in service is also so helpful and their finance people are great!! I highly recommend this Subaru dealership.

    I was amazed I was greeted as soon as I drove up and helped right away. The customer service rep that helped me was amazing. Very courteous and knowledgeable. She is the reason I prefer this location as my service location.

    My 2011 outback was in for service every 2 weeks for 10 weeks and would develop another problem within 2 weeks of being repaired. The last time I took it in it had to be towed and couldn't even be put in neutral to be loaded onto the truck, the driver towed it on and bounced it off. After that repair I drove it to Phoenix where the problems started all over again. A local garage there determined it was the transmission valve body and replaced it. In doing my research 2011 subaru's are known for transmission problems around 100,000 miles. Why didn't the Autonation service department pick up on this? I had been the sole owner of this car and had taken it there for all of my servicing except for oil changes. I recently bought another subaru because I like the car but I will not take it to that dealer for servicing. I think they are too big with inexperienced mechanics. I expressed my complaints in a letter to the manager and he discussed them with me then tossed my letter in his wastebasket while I sat there. Obviously I still have the letter on my computer. The other issue with this service department is that you have to wait when you drop your car off for the person you made your appointment with even if they are busy and three other employees are standing around talking.
