I have been to over 30 different car dealerships in my life and dealt with dozens and dozens of salesmen; Lucas Sachs is the… epitome of what every customer hopes to encounter when going into a dealership. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt welcomed. I didn’t feel pressured or persuaded, I felt respected and reassured. Subaru, Auto Nation, if you want to know who your best employee is, his name is Lucas Sachs. He’s a gift, you better do him good, I wouldn’t want to lose an asset as valuable as him. I bought two cars from Lucas in the same day. We had a small hurdle with one of the vehicles dealing with a hitch but he came in clutch and saved the day, making me wish I purchased all my other 11 cars from in the past.
