    We were just out kicking tires and drove away with an awesome car! Bill K. was a great break from your typical salesman. We greatly appreciated the no pressure and willingness to give us time to look for what we really wanted. The whole experience was a step away from the flashy showroom and the salesman sitting on your shoulder. We loved being able to walk around the lot and then into the showroom without a shadow! We were asked when we walked in if we needed any assistance 'No not yet thank you!' was our reply and we received the 'Okay, just let us know if you need help!' Needless to say my husband and I were shocked!!! That was 'Awesome'! Then when we asked for a salesperson, we got Bill K. and he answered all our questions, walked us through the entire lot to find what we wanted! He was helpful, not pushy and very personable. Didn't even ask for us to sign any paperwork just to look around, very refreshing! So, needless to say, we drove all the way back to Kansas in a brand new car!

    I was in a bind with a 2000 Outback that I had purchased on the East Coast 2 years ago. The previous owner had not taken advantage of a recall in 2003 to prevent the rear subframe from rusting. Now I had a good car with a sub-frame that was rusted through. Kristen M. at Flatirons Subaru could not have been more helpful. She contacted the main office and they agreed to do a full replacement of the subframe for me. She gave me a beautiful loner car (2014 Outback) and kept me informed the whole way. The difficult job was completed with excellence and I am very happy with the whole experience. Thank you Kristen! Thank you Flatirons Subaru!

    I could not be happier with the Flatirons (of Boulder, CO) Subaru sales department: In particular, Jon Eric F. was an exceptional salesman. No pressure, straight forward and honest. I have purchased two other new cars (VW, Toyota). Jon Eric provided by far the most transparent and straightforward transaction.

    We've been taking our 2006 Forester to Flatirons for service since we bought new. We've always been well taken care of by their friendly staff. Jessica E. in particular has been very helpful and makes sure we get what we need when we need it. We live an hour away in the mountains, but it's worth the drive for service you can trust.

    This is not my first Subaru that I've purchased from Bill K., and I'm sure it won't be my last. Bill's super knowledgeable about all the features—both mechanical and functional/cosmetic—and there's never any feeling of pressure to "make a deal." He's great and I highly recommend him if you're thinking of looking for a new or used Subie. He's honest, thorough, and provides the ultimate in customer service.

    We purchased our first Subaru at Flatirons Subaru in2000, drove it 14 yrs and just bought a new one. We worked with Bill K. He was very knowledgable, helpful and not pushy at all. He made the car buying experience very pleasant. The service department has also been excellent these last 14 years. John G

    I recently purchased my first Subaru from Flatirons and was happily surprised at the laid back, no nonsense approach that Paul presented. I first contacted the dealership online and found the process to be easy and friendly. There were no surprises and I never felt pressured. Paul provided excellent customer service and I am now enjoying my first Subaru and loving it!

    We purchased a 2013 Outback from Bruce at Flatirons Subaru. He was very informative, yet was also actively listening so that he could provide the best fit for our needs. The deal was no-hassle and I genuinely felt as though we could trust the information and the deal that we were getting. We had a completely different experience elsewhere, so were very pleased with the service that we received. I will happily return for additional purchases in the future, and highly recommend.

    We bought our Subaru through Paul S. of Flatirons' internet sales. It could not have gone any smoother. Of the four dealerships we were in contact with, Paul was by far the most helpful. His responses to my inquiries were prompt and he was attentive to our needs. Some of the other dealerships were pushy and repeated called insisting on a telephone consult or that we come in. Paul was never pushy. He got us the exact car we wanted at a great price. We made one trip to the dealership and were in and out with our new car in two hours. =)

    I just purchased my second car from Bruce H. at Flatirons Subaru and both car buying experiences were satisfying, enjoyable and stress free and by far the easiest. Bruce is personable and friendly and I never felt any pressure at all. I highly recommend Bruce and Flatirons Subaru.

    We worked with Paul S, who is outstanding. Straightforward, trustworthy and kind. No pressure tactics. We had researched this purchase for weeks and Paul was able to put us in a new car for less than any used car we had found. I am very, very happy with my purchase.

    I bought my first car ever for myself and I could not be any happier! The first time that I had walked into the Acura dealership I felt welcomed by Doug! I had hear of recommendations to go see him because he wasn't a pushy salesman and they were right! I was able to get all my questions answered and got the car that I had wanted! I love Flatirons Acura and I would definitely recommend my friends and family here. My fiance is actually going to be going to look at a car here for himself so we will be back in! Thanks Doug!

    Purchased a Subaru Outback from Flatirons Subaru with the help of sales counselor Paul S. I can't begin to count the number of vehicle transactions I have participated in, but this one was, without a doubt, the best and most painless. Can't thank Paul and the Flatirons staff enough for a great experience, and I definitely will be back.

    Very satisfied. In late April 2011, I contacted Flatirons Subaru via email regarding a new 2011 Outback I saw on their website. Within 24 hours I was contacted by Paul Solko (one of Flatirons web sales representatives) regarding availability and price of the model and options I was interested in. What I really liked was prior to us actually meeting face-to-face, Paul had sent me the window sticker and complete price breakdown without any haggling or hassle. Having done my research, I knew what price I was looking for and Paul was able to match it. It was a completely straightforward conversation, as was our meeting at the dealership we scheduled for a couple days later. I was not faced with any surprises or pitches; everything moved along smoothly and consistently. I didn't need financing, so I don't have any comments in that area. Based on my experience, I would recommend anyone check out Flatirons for their Subaru shopping. Special note: I have purchased many vehicles over the years and Paul Solko was by far the most congenial, laid-back yet professional dealer sales representative I have ever worked with. He's honest, straightforward, and really approaches the customer from a serving-their-needs perspective. In a world of pitches, it is nice to deal with someone who is to the point. Paul is that guy.

    Gerald Wessels made me feel welcome but more important to me, he knew about his product. I have had 100% of the work done at Flatirons Acura. Only problem for this dealership is that I like my car so much I don't know when or if I will ever trade it in.

    I just purchased my first Acura from Flatirons Acura. My sales person was Marie Gabriella. I would definitely recommend her to anybody without hesitation. She made the sales process about me and my needs. From the moment we met her, we felt comfortable with her style. No pressure and a straightforward approach was the right style for us.

    I bought a used 2003 Honda Element from Flatirons Acura Subaru and it was painless. I found the car online and emailed it to the dealership. I was quickly put in touch with Doug Gorath. Doug had the Element ready for us to test drive along with a few other options. I felt like the dealership offered us a good deal on the car. Doug went out of his way to get us into the Element. Financing and paperwork didn't take long. Overall, it was an easy and hassle free experience.
