Lies on 160-pt Inspection
by Sarah Gallardo on 09/24/2022I bought a Toyota Certified Preowned Hybrid Corolla (which I Love) from here in May of this year. Today it has a flat tire in my driveway and I go to grab the spare tire, a component which is indicated on the 160-point Inspection Check… Sheet as being present and in good condition at the time of purchase, and IT IS NOT THERE. Why would they say it's there when it's not there? Now, I am in a predicament. It sucks. I see this dealership doesn't reply to any of their reviews, good or bad, so they'll probably never see this but YOU will. Beware. I think they're [non-permissible content removed] and lack Good Dealership Culture.Don't trust this dealership
by Rich on 05/26/2022Do not trust a word from this dealership and especially Reiss. I am in the military and was in the process of deploying within a few days. I was brought to the dealership under false pretense that the car I wanted was available and was told… after I got there that the car was not on the lot and would be delivered later that night. I was then tricked into signing a contract and over the next few days I was lied to again and again that the car would arrive the next day. Finally, the day before I was set to leave the country for a deployment I finally was told the truth. The car was weeks away from being delivered. All this after I signed a contract and put an $8,000 down-payment on the vehicle. I was very clear from our first encounter my time line and was flat out lied to every step.
