Thank you Robert in sales and Greg in finance. Great service! I have been a Prius owner since 2008 and Robert sold me my first Prius in 2008. With 1.9% finance now was the time for me to check out Subaru Outback. Family and friends have… raved about Subaru for years. Thanks again to the staff at Kirby.

They answered my inquiry promptly and gave me a great deal. They didn't have the exact color I… want but they were able to bring it in same day. Most of the paperwork was able to be done online, limiting the time I needed to spend at the dealership. Jim had the car sanitized and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. He then pulled up another car near mine where he was able to walk me through all the features from a safe social distance. I was able to leave the dealership with a thorough knowledge of all the features and how they work. I love my new Blue Abyss Ascent and would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new car.Friendly and personal service

Everyone was smiling, and it just felt like a comfortable place. Jim Read was a great person to… work with. He was so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable on the cars. He gave practical advice and has stayed in contact to ensure everything has been great. The salesman, Jim Read, was excellent - very personable and low key with no strong sales pressure at any time. Jim actually… went well beyond any previous car salesman I've had by being so generous with both his time and his helpfulness. The Kirby staff even helped resolve a unique issue regarding my trade-in car, so the entire financial paperwork process went extremely smoothly. But I had to take a moment to leave a review for the excellent experience I had at Kirby Subaru during my recent vehicle acquisition. My sales person Erik was professional, he… definitely wanted the sale but didn't go over the top and pressure me. He kept me updated during the process often. He also helped me get my rental car back to the rental place. John the sales manager was also a huge help! He made the effort to trade with another dealer to get the car I wanted. John also checked for loyalty money from Subaru and any credits I might be able to use. Lastly Val in Finance was curious, friendly, low pressure and quick. And Chris from the detail dept. came out and wiped some leftover gunk off of my new Subaru. I have to say in the ~30 years and 70+ vehicles I have owned for my personal and business use this dealer is in the top few as a great overall experience. I will tell friends and I hope to do business again in the future.Transparent and straightforward

by emfamily on 01/28/2020After our Volvo gave up the ghost on New Year's Eve, it seemed like a no-brainer to look at a Subaru to continue the next chapter. We were interested in the Crosstrek Limited in cool gray khaki (of course). No dealers had this color in… stock but a few expected delivery at the end of the month. However, only Kirby Subaru was willing to work with us on a more reasonable deal, so we ended up making a deposit (all done by phone and email) in advance. Jim Read took care of us and we were so at ease with him from the beginning that making such a big decision and trusting someone we've never met until pickup day didn't seem to matter. The car was worth the wait, and meeting Jim was even more so. He simply went above and beyond, and left such a great impression. Below is the little thank you note we sent him. "Hi Jim, Thank you SO much again for all your wonderful help! It was the best experience our family had in our collective years of car ownership. We appreciate your time, patience and guidance throughout the whole process. Everything was seamless, which was beyond any of our expectations. Thanks for making it special for all of us! He went above and beyond to have a used Subaru Crosstrek inspected… and detailed within 24 hours. He answered all my questions and was helpful as I inspected the entire vehicle. This is a family owned business where the customer comes first. I took an Uber from Los Angeles to Ventura because it beat any deal in Los Angeles. Val in the finance department was great! She was informative without being pushy to get me a financing package I was comfortable with. You will feel energized instead of drained after you leave the dealership, which is the opposite of most car buying experiences. I would recommend Kirby Subaru to my family & friends!Got an Outback
by Kevin on 01/11/2020This dealership did an awesome job giving a great service and a good deal on a new outback. we shopped around but by far this dealership did the best job in terms of customer experience. because of that while the price was a little higher… than other dealers for the same car, we bought ours from here. also our salesman Austin was a cool guy to work with, very relaxed low pressure sales so we felt comfortable taking time to make a decision.Excellent Customer Service

Our sales rep, Austin, was by far the best we had encountered at… any of the dealerships, and was one of the reasons we purchased from Kirby instead of local Subaru dealer. He did not push me to make a deal, he worked hard to get the numbers that I wanted even though his manager was not willing to work with me. It is important to note that I am a 23… year old and when I first went to dealer I saw a salesmen walk away from me but Jerry did not shy away. If you are looking to buy from here take your time and get the deal that works best for you because they will treat you right.Very positive experience
