Best SubaruDealer in the West!
by MManuel on 10/10/2024Great customer service! 1st time buyer and was treated like family. Ricky Arias answered the phone as I was only enquire about the 2025 Outback. After calling more than 5 dealers I felt deflated and defeated. Ricky made me feel as if he… dropped everything to cater to my needs. I called about 5 other dealer around me and Kirby Subaru of Ventura was the first place to make me feel I was welcomed. There was no pressure at all during the sale. We sat in the car, he simple asked, “What do you think?” Then followed up by showing each and every feature that the 2025 Outback has to offer. Waited for financing and the same no pressure attitude. Adam Quinones talk to me like we were long time friends. Ricky Arias saw me after financing and told me that he was going to personally detail my car! I was shocked! That’s when I know I choose the right dealership for my purchase. Fantastic customer service and no pressure attitude makes Kirby Subaru of Ventura an absolute stand out in my book!First time
by Nitroman on 09/26/2023It was my first time taking our new car in for service. The service writer was polite and prompt on time. They gave me a call when it was done and everything was on time.Poor service
by LMM2023 on 09/07/2023I brought my car in to be serviced. Long story short they were unable to fix my car bc they needed a part. I was running late (There was an accident on the 1010) to pick up the car (I had a loaner.) I called to tell them I would be 2… minutes late and they said not a problem. I showed up right at 6 and the person had left. They asked for the loaner back, but couldn't give me my car to me bc the keys were no where to be found. I had to convince Eva ( who was awesome) to give me the loaner back- which she did. Once I brought the loaner back they said they couldn't fix it and were going to give me my car back. I waited 40 minutes for them to get the car. They told me they couldn't find my car. They also told me they would call when the part came in. This is the kicker. I paid for the service ahead of time trusting they would call me. They never called after a week so I called them and they said they never ordered the part. Finally I got the car in there to be fixed and they finished it. If I hadn't called they would have made $ off of me paying (my mistake). The women offered me a free car wash...which was kind, but didn't cut it for me. I was deeply disappointed with the service.

by Car on 08/30/2022Standard 1.5 yr lease service appointment at 3pm, I leave my home at 2pm to be there in time and were checked in at 3pm when I was told it would take one hour as usual. At 4.15 I grew restless waiting while walking around the lot and… noticed my car parked in the same lot I where I had been walking around waiting. I walk in and ask if they forgot let me know that is was ready and he asked me what my name was as if he had just seen me for the first time. Leaves and comes back from the garage only to tell me that they have not started to service the car. I ask why and he answered they were short handed, my response was, I asked why I was I not informed about this when making the appointment and/or anytime during the one hour and fifteen minute wait since you asked for my phone number to inform me when it was done. No answer !! Came back home at 5pm, three hours later having accomplished nothing. Proceeding taking to the manager yielded in nothing more than a free bottle of water, no gas card for driving 2 hours for nothing, no answers to the issues described. Can you say useless! Minior cracked tail light ended up costing $400 and a 3 1/2 hr wait time even though I had an appointment that was supposed to take 1/2hr. Getting my lease somewhere else next time. AVOID !!Outstanding service

I came in for a standard 6k oil/filter change and inspection, and asked about how to best go by retouching some Cilajet coating after having had to repaint parts after a… collision. They didn’t bat an eye and offered to re-apply the coating at no cost."Great Customer Service"

Jeff Albrizzio was fantastic; I usually don't take time to write a review about my shopping experiences but with Jeff's customer… service motivated me to acknowledge his service. Since I was in a hurry to get to work after I got my Subaru, Jeff invited me to come back the following week to go over in detail about the features of my new Subaru.
