I was on the rope of wanting to get a new car or not, Feras and Mohammad were so kind and explained everything to me that was the main reason why I decided to go through with it. They walked me through every step of the way answered all of… my questions and concerned in a timely manner and most importantly treated me kindly, like I was a human. They got my business because of their professionalism and their readiness to help in any way shape or form.

by Douglas on 09/29/2021Suddenly our 2019 RX450h stopped in the middle of a well traveled road and wouldn't move an inch. AAA was called and they took to Keyes Lexus for a diagnosis and repair. My wife and I followed in a second car and when we arrived we… immediately spoke with a very professional service writer who assured us that they would find and fix the problem. When we picked the SUV up from the dealership we discovered that a fuel pump part had failed and was part of a recent Lexus recall . . . just our luck!! The wonderful staff at the dealership helped minimize a most challenging situation and had us back on the road in two days. A very positive experience.Fantastic service!

I work remotely and so had to drop off the car fairly quickly and Anthony was super kind… and understanding of my time constraints and ordered me a ride back home. I will definitely visit him again. Thank you Anthony and Keyes Lexus!Her service is on point

Was skeptical working with anyone other than Danecia, but he is definitely the type of advisor that management should bring in to this team and appreciate. There aren't… many people who would work on their birthdays, let alone until late hours. Andy, your work is appreciated by us, Keyes customers. Hope you got to enjoy the weekend. UPDATE 12/24/2020: I want to give Danecia Dedeaux at Service a HUGE shout out for being the best advisor at Keyes Lexus. She restored my trust in the service advisors who seem to always want to give you generic answers, never want to tell you how long a certain procedure will take. For example I asked the dealership to disable my seatbelt chime on my new 2020 UX250h and this is something that should take no more than 5 minutes... they used to actually allow the users (car owners) to disable it in a 20 second easy process by holding down the ODO button for 10 seconds and a message would pop up to hit disable for seat belt chime. Every advisor here was telling me I would need to drop my car off the whole day. Nobody was even trying to understand the issue and put in some effort to try and get it done quicker. Heck, they don't even to car washes now during COVID. Long story short, Danecia came through sooooo sweet for me. My whole in-and-out process was no more than 40 minutes (including me showing up without an appointment and the intake process). She is now my only GO-TO service advisor from here on out. (09/2017) Happily purchased my second Lexus from this dealership. Knowing I was there as a serious buy Jordan and Vito cut out the sales crap and made the leasing experience as painless as possible. So long as this dealership keeps up their customer appreciation standards, I'll be returning. Thanks Jordan for being patient with me and thanks Vito for keeping me satisfied. Oh and their customer lounge is definitely one of the better lounges for a dealership. Can't go wrong with fresh brewed Starbucks coffee, some cookies and snacks, and some fruits and beverages.
