Suddenly our 2019 RX450h stopped in the middle of a well traveled road and wouldn't move an inch. AAA was called and they took to Keyes Lexus for a diagnosis and repair. My wife and I followed in a second car and when we arrived we immediately spoke with a very professional service writer who assured us that they would find and fix the problem. When we picked the SUV up from the dealership we discovered that a fuel pump part had failed and was part of a recent Lexus recall . . . just our luck!! The wonderful staff at the dealership helped minimize a most challenging situation and had us back on the road in two days. A very positive experience.
