Missing Parts
by Manuel on 03/21/2024Hello, I purchased a new 2023 Dodge Charger GT on March 4, 2024. I had a good experience with the sales folks. There was some negotiation, but at the end I was happy with the deal. The only reason I don't give five stars is because after… signing all the documents I was informed that the dealer only had one key fob on hand for the car and was told to call the next day to pick up the second key. As of 3/20/24 I still have not received the second fob. I have been contacting the sales associate that sold me the car every week. Also when I got home and opened the hood of the car I noticed that the engine cover was missing. This is the plastic cover that shows the engine size "V6 3.5". I feel like a new car should come with all the parts and I should not have to be asking for these missing parts.Hello Manuel, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Warranty work with struggles
by Team Jenn1 on 12/08/2023Got approved for warranty repair. Took many months to receive parts, I was told by Mopar due to Automation not submitting a parts order. Then when the parts came in and I scheduled an appointment. At my request and cost, additional services… of oil change, multipoint inspection, and other need maintenance work I requested were not completed, and in fact the service advisor checked that I declined the services. The warranty work was scheduled for a 1-2 repair, took 3. Paperwork was not completed. I requested a quote in writing for 4 new tires, not completed. Paperwork was not processed correctly according to another service advisor that had to check me out as my original service advisor was not available. The warranty work was completed at the cost of the deductable as previously approved.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Brake Safety Concern

Love my warranty
by Lokibear on 10/27/2023Had a very bad oil leak and thankfully it was covered under my extended warranty. My advisor was great and kept me informed of the process in a timely manner. It was completed faster than estimated, so I was happy. My only complaint was… that they left black handprints on passenger door, forgot to resent oil life tracker and pulled a nail out of my tire without asking first. Other than that I am very appreciative that my car was fixed in a timely manner with all the issues going on. Thank youHi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. by J Sagas on 09/30/2023The worst customer service! I have a new 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee! Check engine is working on, transmission issues, suspension issues and the worst of all is the speedometer being stuck at reverse 2 miles per hour. This a major safety… concern! The service manager did not care and say he was slammed and to try other dealers. I mentioned my family that I drive around and did not make an effort to get it checked out. The soonest they offered was December. I left my jeep for an oil change and Cesar the maintenance worker put so much stress on the emergency break that he did not know out to take it off (witnessed by another employee) Cesar the maintenance worker also closed and opened my liftgate 8 times but stress on the lift supports closing it half way and opening it. Blaming it on my key not work as he got out of the vehicle, I then demonstrated it to the other employee and he apologized.. They did not complete a vehicle update or a recall! Jeep Cherokee 60k miles _Transmission failure!

He also made sure we clearly understood… the work process and time frame to complete the service on our vehicle. Also, James (general manager) was very personable and helpful to ensure we completed this project at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Valencia.
