    I really love the MDX so I went to Tustin Acura and met Alex Qaderi. He made the whole process easy and as quick as car buying can be. The staff was great and personable. I'm glad I chose to come to this location. Don't forget to ask for Alex!

    Recently visited DCH Tustin Acura to trade in my 2012 Dodge Durango and to lease an Acura ILX for my wife.  I was received by a product specialist, Abdul Omar.  He was extremely helpful and informative.  I had shopped around before visiting this location and the customer service experience I received was top notch.   Of course I came with a trade-in and ha da specific number in mind that I wanted to receive for my vehicle.  I also had a specific number that I didn't want to go beyond when signing a lease.  Omar understood my position as customer and with the help of the General Sales Manager, Richard Moyer, they made it happen.   From beginning to end, both Omar and Richard worked to make sure I was completely satisfied.  They went above and beyond and got me a great deal for both my trade-in and my lease.  Drove off the lot with a brand new 2019 Acura ILX.  Couldn't be happier! Thank you both Omar and Richard for your exceptional service. I recommend anyone in market for a new or used vehicle to visit the DCH Tustin Acura.  You'll walk away a happy driver!

    *Would you recommend this dealership to friends and family? - NEVER! even for myself, I would never be going back to this location. *Did you purchase a vehicle from this dealer? - IMPOSSIBLE. They quoted a "special rate" which was $150 higher monthly than the ad I saw on the website. What a rip off! Don't be deceived by their "special rate" Im sure you would be treated a lot better at other Acura dealers. The price range Tustin Acura refused to give was possible at the other Acura dealer not too far from Tustin ;)

    Ken made the process very easy no hassle pricing and it was a very good buying experience. I loved not having to go back and forth- I got their best offer immediately. When I arrived the car was waiting for me, just had paperwork. In and out in under 30 minutes, nothing but courtesy and professionalism from Ken and Robert Arreola. Definitely start here when looking for a new Acura!

    We have leased one 2014 MDX and purchased three 2016 RDX cars, yes, THREE. We thoroughly enjoy working with Abe because he's professional and understands our needs. He asks good questions and is more interested in making sure we're comfortable and happy with our purchases. He is prompt to follow-up on our questions and is diligent in finding the model, configuration and color combinations we wanted. No pressure from him. He's a joy to work with. I pray for you if you have to deal with the manger, Steve Hahn. He DOES NOT care for the relationship, just the sale. So, be sure to get your quote from Costco and AAA. Depending on the model, one quote of the other is more favorable. Abe will do his best and all that is within his authority to get you the best deal. Ultimately, there's a manger involved. If it's Steve Hahn, pray. Case in point, the finance person (they're all pretty friendly and easy to work with) inadvertently charged us the $90+ transfer fee so that the owner of the serialized numbers etched on the windows (theft deterrent) will show you as the new owner of record. Honestly, it doesn't matter if it still shows DCH, point is, it doesn't show the thief who stole the car as owner of record. Anyway, instead of having the finance person redo the mess of paperwork, because after 7 hours of negotiating for two RDX cars that day, we were ready for dinner. Steve Hahn promised to make it right. Which meant he'd sell us the $60 sunshade at cost. Seriously?! More cost after their error? Seems petty that they couldn't just throw that in, but I guess it's about the sale, not the relationship. We'll be looking for another dealer for our next Acura this year. Unless we can avoid working with Steve. We sure will miss Abe though!!

    We got the lowest price quote from edmunds. Went to the car dealership and did get a price below invoice. Jeff, from the internet department was very helpful, and got us the car we wanted and more, at a really good price, and got us higher trade-in value for our old car, than we expected. Everything was great. Smoothiest car buying we've ever experienced.

  • Rudest Car Sales person I have EVER met - Miguel

    so, we had a deal ready to go pricing, was set, in walks Miguel as we were having a dispute on a finance issue (I had my own financing) and says " If you want do business with us you'll do things our way" - Condescending and arrogant, just walked out, incedulous that in a down economy people have such low customer skills. Buh-Bye Miguel.
    • I'm surprised to read such a negative review about my favorite dealer; especially about Miguel. My family, friends and I have purchased several cars from Tustin Acura with the help of Miguel and the Internet staff. Every experience has been "THE BEST", if even the slightest problem arose, Acura was quick to make things right. Madam / Sir, I perceive you as the type of person that is rude and short with the check-out clerks at the super market; in the future please take your medication before shopping--it may make for a better shopping experience. Thanks again Tustin Acura...I will continue to refer all my friends and family to you.

  • Never made it past the Test Drive

    Blah. That is about how I can describe my sales visit at this dealership. This is ironic since every month I get spammed in the mail by them wanting me to trade in my 2004 TSX. The spamming started, ironically enough, after my first service visit. Anyway, the sales process as far I was concerned was unimpressive. I walked on the lot and looked around for 10-15 minutes without a soul in sight. Normally I'd like that but when I'm ready to test drive a vehicle it can be a bit annoying. I had to go inside and find someone and then it still took an additional 10 minutes for someone to come out. I was about to walk off the lot! The test drive was unorganized and the salesperson made me drive the vehicle through some tight corners in the lot in a SUV I was unfamiliar with. In the end the salesperson was decent but I was turned off by the ho-hum treatment of prospective customers visiting the sales lot. Ironically this dealer was pushing all the MDX models up front and hiding the smaller RDX models away in the corner on the side of the dealership.

    I would have purchased my '08 TL with Navi from them, but they didn't have the color combo I wanted. Real nice guys there. Fast responses to emails and phone calls, courteous, respectful, and not pushy at all. They did everything possible to get me in the TL I wanted, but it just couldn't get done within the time frame I had. They were willing to match prices, even after giving me a great quote to begin with. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new Acura.

    I submitted my offer for a 2008 RDX Acura to Tustin Acura. I followed the submission up with a phone call. I was told by the dealer if I came in they would honor my deal. I was told to come in at 5:00 so we could sit down and go over the numbers. The minute we walked in I felt un-welcomed. The secretary seemed a little annoyed that we showed up early for our appointment. While we were waiting to meet with the dealer another dealer asked if we were waiting for her. When we replied "no" she huffed and said she only asked because we were "hovering" near her door. After waiting for 10 minutes another associate sat down with us and started the deal making process with us. We told him we had an appointment and we had already settled numbers with the dealer we talked to over the phone. He persisted and ignored what we had to say and proceeded to show prices and go back and forth between us and the sales manager. I showed him by email printout with the price we negotiated over the phone and he disappeared for awhile only to come back with the sales manager. The sales manager began to become irritated with us because he did not like the price we were willing to pay. After a 3 minute discussion the sales manager said he did not want our business and got up and walked away. 2 days later we bought our RDX from [violative content deleted] for the same price. I'm glad we did not give our money to DCH Tustin Acura.

    Tustin Acura is one of the best auto dealerships I have ever done business with, The sales person, Dean, did not play any games with me or the sale - he listened thoughtfully to my needs, and treated me with professionalism rarely seen in the auto sales world. We closed the deal quickly, with virtually NO pressure, closers, sales managers, or other shenanigans so often seen in lesser dealers. The F&I person, Kathi, was equally professional and a pleasure to do business with. The GM greeted me warmly after the sale and presented me with a gift from the dealership - a very nice key fob holder. Overall, this dealership reaches the goal that Soichiro Honda set for all his dealerships: Treat the customer right, with honesty and care, and you will have a customer for life.

    My entire car buying experience was low pressure. The salesman and manager were very professional and not aggressive. I was quoted a fair price for my trade in and my new vehicle. The entire car buying process was as easy and painless as possible.

    Buyer Beware. This dealer will use bait and switch tactics quoting you a low price for you to come in. Once in, they will throw in additional "fees" and BS to raise the price. Do not waste your time here.

    I worked with Ken and Barrie in the internet department. They were very kind and curteous the whole way through and upfront from the initial contact from Edmunds on the pricing. When i came in to talk to them they had all my information ready to discuss with me. The initial price they gave me was very fair and in line my expectations after reaching the forums on here. The contracting process was smooth and easy and once all was done Kenny spent a good hour with me going over all the features of the 2012 TL I just leased. They even recommend a local tint guy who did a great job and even checked in with me a few days later to make sure all was good. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend DCH Tustin Acura.

    I had a fantastic buying experience yet again. Having purchased two previous Acuras in the past from Tustin Acura I knew when the time came to buy another one that I wanted it to be from them. I’ve always had great experiences buying from Tustin Acura in the past and this one was no different. Alexander was very helpful, pleasant to work with, and made this experience easy and painless. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. There was no pressure at any point during my visit to make a decision right away. When it came time to sign all the paper work I was blown away by how quick and easy it was. I’m very happy to be back in an Acura again and Tustin Acura made the process an excellent one.

    I'm currently about 11 months removed from my lease expiring on my Lexus and am highly considering an Acura as my next car. With that said, I was recommended to this dealership through a friend who said they had a great experience, and I could not agree with him more, after my personal experience. Alexander served as my service representative/salesman, and he was fantastic. Usually when you tell a salesman you're just browsing, they try to get rid of you pretty fast, however, not with Alexander. He was extremely thorough in answering all my questions on financing options, as well as the technical aspects of the cars we browsed. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership when my lease expires, and I'm very happy with my experience with Alexander.

    very good experience ... initiated contact via website ... I knew exactly what I wanted and the professionals there were very professional, responsive, and efficient ... I emailed all the documents needed ahead of time and literally got through all the paperwork in 15 minutes ... would have been even better if they had home delivery option but given that they don't aspect of the process was handled in an efficient, accommodating, and friendly manner.

    I have purchased several vehicles of all brands throughout my lifetime and I am very impressed with my purchase of a 2007 TL. I was assisted by Patrick B. who, demostrated a high degree of knowledge and attention to completing this purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for great value and personal attention in buying a new or used Acura. We drove almost 380 miles to buy this car and from the beginning we were treated like family. Our car had a couple of minor issues and they honored our request and repaired them at their cost so they stand behind and believe in their high degree of Customer Care and the product they sell. This is my first Acura TL and it will not be my last as I would definitely return to This Dealership. so to all the Staff of DCH Tustin Acura ....Thank You For the great satisfaction and Peace of mind. I was also assisted by Omar. Who, was very knowledgeable and made us "Feel at Home" when we visited. I would wish all dealerships would be run as well as this dealership.
