Our car buying experience started off pretty rough, and flat out… negative, but Fonzie changed that right away! Ryan and Erik were great- very helpful- met our needs and most importantly they heard us out. All together my experience was great! Great truck buying experience

Happened to look on dealer websites for Labor Day sales and seen that Tustin GMC had the best deals for new Canyon… trucks. Salesman Joanie was the best- very patient and knowledgeable about the truck. Took his time to explain everything. Our finance experience was also great with Jorge. Worked out the best possible deal with the dealer specials that were being offered. Would definitely return to purchase another truck.We're delighted to hear that Joanie and Jorge made your truck-buying experience at Tustin Buick GMC a positive one! Beware !
by Novo on 05/18/2024Beware, not walk Run away from this dealership, they sold me 2 year old Hyundai plug in car with only 22500 miles with major Engine failure, bought car from sales associate Abraham Jorge on 03/24/24 with all clean list of checks for major… defects, drove only 5 weeks mostly in ECO mode noticed coolant level was low, took to Hyundai service and got bad news, milky looking oil, failed head gasket or possible more engine damage . If i drove on Hybrid mode engine probably seized on me immediately , can you imagine if that happened on highway, thanks god i mostly drove around my town , city streets in April in electrical mode. Car will be in service for the next few months. Paid very good money for it , above market price. called and emailed Sales manager Tommy Barnes, Michael Martinez and Abraham Jorge to discuss misrepresentation of car condition. No call back. Still no title 2 month later , i paid with personal check for car. and read all the comments below about switch and bait They are the perfect example of a switch-and-bait business tactic that has given the used car industry a bad reputation. The things they are are useless and have no value. They charged me 2000$ more then Online price for useless GPS and Paint protection instead of investing that money to repair faulty engine on the car they sold me Horrible experience and feeling.I'm truly sorry to read about your experience. This is not the level of service we aim for and it's concerning to see that you've been left feeling this way. Couldn't buy for a price listed on Edmunds

They sell you obligatory "cleaning" and "tracking" service for $3500 so price on Edmunds + $3500 then + $990 "government fee" then + dealers fee and than sales TAX. They make it look like its all normal, well is not.… Don't even ask about financing bc thats even crazier 16.5% with good credit score and 20% down. I drove 100 miles took extra driver with me and spend few hours there and basically lost a day. On the end was trying to buy cash but still couldn't buy for listed here price. They know they will find idiot who can't do math properly. Don't be that idiot just don't go there safe yourself 10k extra on 30k purchase. I think i will update those guys Linkedin as well.TJ, I'm sorry to read about your experience. However I must admit, Tustin GMC definitely lived up to its great reviews. The staff was very professional and courteous, no one… tried badgering me and let me look around freely. Alexis Cedeno (though fairly new to the dealership) had great people skills and communication he answered all my questions and went out of his way to get me in the vehicle I wanted.Very disappointing

I don't usually like to be hovered over when shopping for anything but Jeff made me feel like he was really helping me. He went out of his way and spent about 5 hours… with us getting the financial numbers where we needed them. He didn't rush us like he wanted to go help someone else, he stuck with us to the end. Erick in the finance dept was the same. he was honest and helped us make the right decisions. The whole experience at Tustin Buick/GMC was a positive one!
