Great service
by Greeens on 08/10/2023Took my car in after ford in RSM basically told me to kick rocks. My service advisor at Tustin Ford was Christian and he was great! He took very good car of my car and was vert attentive! I had an issue with the way my mustang was shifting… into gear, this Tustin dealership really looked into it and the issue was fix! Always Solid Service at this location

They got my car in on time and out about when they promised which allowed me to get out of town on… time for an appointment. They also get you a LYFT if needed. Tustin Auronation review
by 2023 Maverick on 07/11/2023Dealer did not markup msrp, BUT will try to tell you you must buy this and that because "it comes with the car". This was a custom order from the factory and no protection package or any other options were ordered, or on the window… sticker. Sounds illegal to me, if not at the least unethical. Funny thing is, I would have bought at least one protection package if just asked instead of being forced to. Buying experience unpleasant as getting a sales contract with final sales price was like pulling teeth and took multiple requests. This was required by my lender so they could issue a check TO PAY THEM, but the sales manager didn't seem happy with the agreed upon price when the vehicle was ordered. Also, some other dubious actions like listing my ordered vehicle on their website for sale to the general public after it finally arrived at the dealership from the factory, but when asked about it they do not reply. They initially added protection "packages' to the sales contract without asking me to mark up the sales price. Then telling me I have 3 days to pay for and pickup the vehicle after it arrived at the dealership even though it arrived more than a week earlier than when they said it would. They knew I did not live in the local dealer area. I asked if it was a storage issue or a payment issue. They do not answer, but they do let me know they would not accept my wiring them the full purchase price. I believe they hoped I would not or could not complete the purchase so they could sell it to someone walking into the dealership at a huge dealer markup. This explains why when I ordered the vehicle the did not ask for a signature or a deposit even though I offered. This way the dealership is not legally obligated to sell to you. Sure, the buyer is not legally bound either, but I think the dealership just cares about being able to sell to anyone else at a markup. I believe they do this because custom orders from the factory do not count against their "normal" allotment of vehicles for sale from the factory. Be wary of 5 star reviews as they seem to offer customers free gas if they give a 5 star review. Ask someone you know who bought a car from them if this is true. Doesn't make the review system worth much with bought reviews, does it? Aside from covertly offering no dealer markup from window sticker msrp this is a typical dealership that is under no control from the factory. They made what should be a fun new car purchase into a stressful runaround to meet their sales schedule. I look forward to some day being able to see a car, see the price, pay the price, take car home. Maybe when Tesla prices really come down or Ford really gets their elevtrified vehicles business up and running.Hi, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Ford Tustin. They reply to a bad review with a half-hearted "we're sad, we care - call the general manager to discuss", but if you call the main number the only option (#2 I believe) that answers is sales. Option #5 for the manager will result in the automated system hanging up on you! Try it, it's true. I got hung up on 3 times! They only want to talk to you if you have money they can nickel and dime away from you. It becomes very apparent very quickly If you have problems or issues, they don't want to hear it even if it's caused by them. It will be "don't call us, we'll call you," but of course they won't.

Savannah was amazing, she actually explained my issue, and offered solutions. She was even able to service my car without an… appointment. She was amazing. After the service was done, she explained what was done. When I went to my car, it was washed and detailed from the inside, vacuumed.
