Stealing a 3600 $downpayment is not Good Business

Auto Nation and its Financier (Demetrius Skilling) had a buyer with a Legitimate Approved financial letter. They chose not to use it and made a mess of the purchase. Now 3 weeks later they have not returned my $3600 downpayment. A Complaint has been filed with the BBB on their current practices (adding over $3000 in unknown charges and forging a signature). This is not a good way to gain new Clients.
