After months of searching for the right car for my son, I was fortunate to connect with Price Ford and speak with Dan—better known as Dan the Car Man. I had read great reviews about him online and immediately knew I wanted to work with… someone like that.
Dan truly lived up to every word, turning what had been a long and frustrating process into a positive, stress-free experience. Because Dan works in internet sales, most of our communication happened over the phone and online—and I honestly had to write this review because he was nothing short of exceptional. His responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail convinced me that making the two-hour drive would be worth it. I’m so glad I did. Dan took the time to really listen and understand what we were looking for.
He helped us find a car that wasn’t just perfect for my son—it gave me peace of mind as a parent, too. He was honest, kind, and clearly committed to helping us, not just closing a sale. He made us feel like people, not just customers, and that made all the difference. A heartfelt thank-you as well to Mario, who helped finalize everything and was just as helpful, friendly, and attentive. Between the two of them, the entire process couldn’t have gone more smoothly.

What stood out most was the genuine care and respect shown by everyone at Price Ford of Turlock. Even if I wasn’t working with that employee directly, everyone made sure I was comfortable—someone even adjusted a display to block the sun from hitting my face while I was waiting. I really feel like a valued customer, plus everyone here really loves cats. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Thank you to the entire team.

Mike Cederlind from service delivered the perfect experience and made my time at Price Ford fast and easy. As I arrived a couple of minutes early to my… service appointment Mike helped me immediately. I told him my issues with my mustang and he went on to make sure everything got fixed in the fastest most efficient way possible. He then offered a shuttle to take me home and even said the shuttle could pick me up if I wished to. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I didn't not last more than 5 minutes inside. He made it extremely easy for me and was very respectful. I will forever be a faithful customer and look forward to my future vehicle purchase at ford. -Alex HaroChrysler 300

by GarettElliott on 10/14/2015updated 11/10/2015I had two very negative experiences at Patchett's in 2009 and Price just a few months ago so I was hesitant to come back, however, I came back and was extremely PLEASED with the service that we got from Ernie and Josh. Just a few months ago… a salesman was somewhat rude to me and not very helpful, he didn't seem to be interested in helping and did not answer questions that I had. This time was COMPLETELY different. Ernie was extremely polite and knowledgable. He didn't push me into anything but rather helped me find the right car and the right deal. We came back the next day and worked with Josh in the internet sales department. Josh was extremely polite and helpful as well. He helped us complete the deal and worked with us to keep the payment where we needed it to be. The representative in the finance office (I'm unfortunately blanking on his name) was awesome as well (he has a British accent). All three Price Ford employees that we worked with were amazing! Thank you for your help.Quick and Easy!

At that time we knew if we were ever to purchase another truck in the future it would be from Patchett's and Ernie as we were very pleased with their customer service as… they made our purchase a very comfortable one and we did not feel pushed to purchase. Since we have owned our truck Patchett's sale department has always given us the best service and they always knew us by name and always made us feel welcome. When we found out that the dealership was purchased by Price Ford we were hoping the same service we have known for years would follow. We were getting ready for a trip to Oregon to a horse show and decided the day prior to purchase a new truck for long trip to haul our 39 foot living quarters horse trailer. We were very pleased to be able to work with Ernie again. The purchase was a rush (on our part) as we were leaving town the next day. We can't applaud the dealership enough in helping us out with our last minute decision. Price Ford's customer service was by far the BEST we have ever seen. We just LOVE our new Ford XLT Diesel 350 4x4 too. It pulls our trailer with ease. Going up and down the steep elevation going to Oregon it handled our trailer with ease towing our precious horse cargo. Thank you Price Ford and the whole team for everything you did for us. Your great service did not go unoticed.
