What I appreciated was that Jessica did not try to pressure sell these… options. After talking with Jessica, I had the extra work done. This is my third Lexus. Running a credit check without consent is not our standard practice, especially when paying with cash. Straight forward
by Star on 05/18/2025Scheduling the service was very convenient. I hate talking on the phone, so receiving a text to schedule the service was great! I met someone within minutes of arrival for an overview, and connection with the advisor. He reviewed the… scheduled service, and answered my questions. Even though I knew I needed brakes, he told me he would have the tech make sure they were needed first before adding to my bill. I got my rental with no problem and was out in what seemed like just a few minutes. I got my video update, amount due, and service completion notifications all by text. Once I arrived, i was once again in and out with my car. 10/10We're delighted to hear that our convenient service scheduling and efficient process made your experience at South Bay Lexus a positive one! It's great to know you appreciated the transparency with your brake check and enjoyed the seamless communication.
