He also helped us settle in our newly purchased Lexus and is always open to questions,… including showing us how to navigate all the apps and controls. I would definitely recommend “Vinnie” to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a Lexus at South Bay Lexus. Super end to end service at South Bay Lexus

From the point we arrived we were cordially assisted by the valet then sent over to see Henry to take care of the… paperwork. Within 10 minutes, we were on our way. We were given ETA and the service was completed a few hours before they promised. The pickup process was just as flawless as we arrived and within 10 minutes are car was in the driveway ready to be picked up. As with all recalls, this cost us nothing so it’s more impressive to receive service at this level. Furthermore, we didn’t buy our Lexus at Southbay so even more impressed and will definitely buy our next Lexus from them because of their exemplary support.
