Using a scheduling app to book service times and work to be done, I always get a personal follow up call verifying the time/date and scope of work. When I arrive, the… car is inspected and I review the work to be done with Jessica, my service representative. A time to complete and cost estimate is then agreed. Usually I wait for my vehicle as I am a low mileage driver. When completed, Jessica reviews any issues identified and we review what was done to the car. Easy, professional, and a pleasure to work with.We're delighted to know that you've had a consistently positive experience with our team at South Bay Lexus. We appreciate your trust in us for the past six years and look forward to continuing this relationship!

It was easy to set up the appointment and drop off my car. I was offered a Uber so I didnt… have to wait at the location even though their waiting area is quite nice. Joven went into detail on what the service entailed and they even sent me a video of the process giving me step by step explanation. I can’t say enough about ho professional and polite the entire team is at Southbay. I wouldn’t trust my car to anyone else.We're delighted to know that your 20k mile check-up was a seamless experience at South Bay Lexus Torrance. These two times I’ve dealt with South Bay Lexus were the only times I’ve left with a new car feeling really… good and believing I got the best deal. I went in there today not really thinking I would be making a deal because I was asking for more than I probably should have. But we came to a deal that was very beneficial to me. My salesman, Chris, was amazing. Nicest guy ever. He explained so much to me and he really went to bat for me. The whole process only took a couple of hours and that was definitely a first. I also started out with another salesman, Brandon, who was also very helpful and got me on the right track. I would be thrilled to deal with either one of them again. So smart and helpful. What really impressed me was I was sent a video link showing the complete service and… what if anything would be needed. Luckily it was a routine service.
