by ispano on 01/23/2015I've never purchased a vehicle here before but other family members had. The dealership had just been redesigned and was a very pleasant experience. The showroom was clean, there were free drinks and snacks to have while waiting. The… sales people weren't pushy and gave me updates on available inventory as the weeks went. I didn't purchase on my first visit, but they weren't pushy so I had no issues going back when they let me know they had something similar to what I had requested. Negotiating a fair price was pretty straight forward as there weren't any specials or deals going for a newly introduced refresh, in top trim no less. I got an acceptable value for my trade-in and a decent financing rate that gave me my target monthly payment.Thank you for sharing your experience with us! My salesman, Patrick Datuin called literally a minute after I requested a TrueCar price on the internet. Patrick's demeanor on the phone was excellent. After… spending only a few minutes on the phone with him, I had a good feeling about this dealership and was drawn to this location to purchase my brand new vehicle. Patrick definitely made Scott Robinson Honda stand out from the other dealerships that contacted me. Patrick was very professional. He had great presence over the phone. 2014 accord new lease and return

Mr Issac Aronson made the process as easy you can ask for. The price was the best that we had shop around for… weeks. We came late at night, but he waited and speed up the process so we can be on our way in 45 min. I highly recommend thus dealer, ask for Mr Aronson.Thank you for the feedback!
